With the advent of the new era,our country has also put forward higher requirements in talent training.Teachers play a pivotal role in this process,so the new era has put forward higher standards for the construction of the teaching team.Teacher identity play an important part in the course of teacher professional development,so in order to achieve a high level of development of the teaching profession,it is a primary prerequisite to clarify the influencing factors of teacher identity.School is the rooted soil for the growth of teachers work,and each school has its own unique organizational culture.So whether school organizational culture affects the level of teacher identity,to what extent and in which dimensions it affects the level of teacher identity,there is no clear answer from the existing literature.Therefore,this study aims to explore the influence effect of school organizational culture on teachers identity,and then provide some theoretical and practical reference for building a higher level of school organizational culture and further improving teachers identity.In view of this,this study puts forward research hypothesis based on sociocultural theory and organizational support theory,and collates the existing literature.This research adopted a design strategy that was mainly quantitative and supplemented by qualitative research.Firstly,the data were collected through questionnaires,differential analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were made verify the positive relationship between school organizational culture and teacher identity to influence the dimension.Then,through semi-structured interviews,we can understand the current situation of the organizational culture and teacher identity level of the teachers’ schools,and further explain and supplement the quantitative research results.The study concluded as follows: Firstly,there are no significant differences in teacher identity level in gender,age,teaching experience,teaching section and position,reflecting the characteristics of relativity,mobility,contradiction and contingency of teacher identity.Secondly,school organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher identity.Thirdly,among the four characteristics of school organizational culture,involvement,consistency,adaptability and mission all have a significant positive impact on the degree of teacher identity.Finally,in the twelve dimensions of school organizational culture,the dimensions of empowerment,team orientation,capacity development,core values,creative change,vision,strategic orientation and intention,organizational learning,coordination and cooperation have a significant impact on the level of teacher identity,especially the dimensions of empowerment,team orientation,ability development,core values and creative change have a very significant impact,while there is no statistical difference in the degree of teacher identity in the dimensions of coordination,human text and goal.To a certain extent,this study reveals the influence effect of school organizational culture on teachers identity,expands the empirical research methods of school organizational culture,broadens the research direction of the influencing factors of teacher identity,and provides certain practical enlightenment for improving the level of teacher identity and building a higher level of school organizational culture.First,the schools increase investment and support for teachers,provide development support for teachers to awaken the vitality of teachers;The second is to focus on improving the leadership of managers and coordinating the coordination of various departments,to providing work support for teachers;The third is to adhere to the innovation-driven development of the school and enhance the adaptability of organizational culture,so as to stimulate teachers initiative and improve the level of teachers identity;The fourth is to strengthen teachers belief by improving the schools development strategy and strengthening teachers sense of mission,so as to enhance the stability of teachers identity level.
