At this stage,China’s government statistical workflow can not undertake the increasingly heavy investigation task,and has been criticized by the general public for many years.Under the requirements of the times,in order to respond to the opinions and needs of the general public on government statistics and improve the efficiency and credibility of government statistics,study how to promote the reform of China’s government statistics work process and improve work efficiency,quality and connotation under the background of big data.Aiming at this core scientific problem,this study adopts the methods of literature research and case study,combined with the "seamless government",process reengineering theory and practical work experience,constructs the four-dimensional theoretical framework of government statistical process reengineering of "concept reengineering function reengineering structure reengineering process reengineering",and introduces two cases of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou and Xuhui District of Shanghai to refine and revise the framework.Finally,combined with the current situation and problems of Hunan provincial government statistics,and practically applying to the actual statistical process of Hunan provincial government,from the three aspects of reconstructing traditional statistical concepts,integrating government statistical functions and breaking vertical organization structure,the paper proposes the reform proposals of government statistical work process under the background of big data,and builds a new statistical system of "Internet plus statistics" to better adapt to the challenges of the era of big data.Improve the quality of statistical data and service level.
