Research On Financial Risk Prevention Of A Private University

With the promulgation of "Private Education Promotion Law" and the continuous development of education in China,the development of private colleges and universities in China has entered a new era and become the choice for many students to receive education.However,with the rapid development of private education,there are also hidden financial risks that cannot be ignored.From the perspective of financing,private colleges and universities have a single source of income,lack of financial allocation,and face great debt repayment pressure;From the perspective of operation,private colleges and universities have problems such as low fund recovery rate,difficulty in recruiting students,chaotic management caused by immature internal management and financial management system,and low risk awareness of financial personnel.From the perspective of investment,private colleges and universities excessively pursue the improvement of the external environment of campus,and blind and fast infrastructure investment leads to excessive capital occupation and other risks.From the perspective of development,private colleges and universities still have financial risks such as weak faculty,low teaching quality and unstable profit making.Based on this,this paper first fully studied the research results related to financial risk,understood the concept,content and type of financial risk in a broad sense,and then inquired and learned the relevant theoretical knowledge of financial risk of private colleges and universities,analyzed the characteristics of financial risk of private colleges and universities,and took the financial risk of private colleges and universities as the research object.Identify,evaluate and analyze the reasons for the financial risks faced by A private university,and finally prevent and control them.Based on the theory of financial risk management and risk income equilibrium theory and core competence theory as the theoretical basis,the paper analyzed the financial management of A private colleges,identify A private colleges are faced with the financial risk,and evaluation,A private universities financial risk analysis of the causes of the formation of A private universities financial risk,making A Countermeasures against financial risks of private colleges and universities.This paper hopes to provide theoretical reference for the stable development of China’s private education by studying the financial risks of private colleges and universities.
