Research On The Construction Of Volleyball Culturein Tongren Campus Volleyball Characteristic School

Since the release of the " 13 th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development," China ’s national sports awareness has been continuously enhanced.In the process of continuously enhancing China ’s sports strength,China ’s women ’s volleyball players won the championship in 2019,and the development of China ’s volleyball industry has also had a new direction.Volleyball entering the campus is also rapidly fermenting in the hearts of our people.Campus volleyball culture is a sub-culture of campus culture.The construction of campus volleyball culture provides a platform for the development of campus volleyball,campus physical education,the implementation of quality education and lifelong physical education in China.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study the construction of volleyball culture in Tongren campus volleyball characteristic school.From the four aspects of material,spirit,system and behavior of campus culture,this paper studies the current situation and shortcomings of volleyball culture construction in Tongren volleyball characteristic school,summarizes the strategies of campus volleyball culture construction in Tongren city,and provides theoretical reference for the construction of campus volleyball culture.The results show that :At the material and cultural level : as a whole,the venues,equipment and facilities of Tongren Volleyball Characteristic School can not fully meet the needs of students ’ use and lack of daily maintenance,which affects students ’ experience of participating in campus volleyball activities to a certain extent.The school ’s teachers and funds are very limited,which can not meet the needs of the school to carry out campus volleyball activities.In terms of publicity,the publicity channels are single and the publicity is weak.This study puts forward targeted strategies :strengthening the construction and management of venue equipment and facilities,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,broadening the sources of funds,constantly innovating the forms of campus volleyball publicity,and increasing publicity.At the spiritual and cultural level,the superior leaders of the school have a very clear set of the goal of campus volleyball construction and the concept of campus volleyball,but the students ’ understanding of the concept and values of volleyball needs to be strengthened,resulting in the incomplete implementation of school physical education.This study puts forward targeted strategies : teachers should actively guide students to correctly participate in campus volleyball activities,and cultivate healthy volleyball concepts and values.At the level of institutional culture : the rules and regulations related to volleyball in Tongren Campus Volleyball Characteristic School are not perfect,and the school operation mode is traditional,single and not innovative enough.In this study,the corresponding strategies are put forward : to establish and improve the corresponding volleyball-related rules and regulations,and to learn from the excellent campus cases in individual regions,to learn from experience,and to explore the independent development model.At the behavioral culture level : the form of campus volleyball activities is not rich enough.The construction of volleyball associations,volleyball culture festivals and campus volleyball competitions is not optimistic,and the enthusiasm of primary and high schools to participate in campus volleyball activities is relatively low.This study puts forward targeted strategies : improve the management mechanism of campus associations,enrich the content of campus volleyball culture festivals,increase volleyball tournaments,and constantly innovate the content and form of volleyball courses.For different students and different sportsbased groups,set up corresponding volleyball courses.
