The Country Of The Elderly Gas Volleyball In The Country ——Study On The Construction Of Gas Volleyball Culture In Libo Guizhou Province

The construction of sports culture is an important part of the construction of soscialist culture.Sports Culture plays an important role in the construction of socialist culture and sports power.In this paper,the cultural construction of gas Volleyball in Libo County is taken as the research object,and the research methods such as literature review,questionngas e survey,field investigation and interview are adopted,this paper studies the material culture,system culture and spirit construction of gas volleyball in Libo County,sums up the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of Libo County gas Volleyball Culture,and on this basis puts forward corresponding countermeasures,to provide new ideas for the development of gas Volleyball in Libo County,the study concludes with the following conclusions:（1）In the aspect of material culture construction of gasvolleyball,the achievements in the construction of material culture of gasvolleyball are as follows: The number of gas Volleyball Court in Libo County has increased significantly,the court covers all towns and villages,and the construction of gasvolleyball court facilities has achieved certain results;Gas Volleyball promotes the integration of “Sports + tourism”and contributes to the development of Libo County’s economy.The deficiencies are as follows: uneven distribution of resources,large differences between urban and rural areas,weak construction of high-level coaches;single source of funds,insufficient funds for activities;single means of publicity,weak publicity.（2）On the cultural construction level,the achievements of the cultural construction of the gas Volleyball System in Libo County are as follows: the grass-roots competitions are rich and varied,the mass foundation is solid and stable;the level of competition has moved to a new stage,and the talent transfer has entered a new track.The shortcomings are as follows: the construction of grass-roots Mass Sports Organization System in Libo County is not perfect;the sports department lacks policy guidance and does not give full play to its guiding role;Libo County gasvolleyball tournament system is not perfect,the level of referees need to be improved.（3）In the aspect of spiritual and cultural construction,the achievements of the spiritual and cultural construction of gasvolleyball in Libo County are as follows: The change of sports values is obvious,the multi-dimensional sports values are formed,and the spiritual and cultural connotation of gasvolleyball is enriched.The deficiencies are as follows:the weak cognition of the cultural construction of the balloon volleyball,the lack of the cultural construction of its spirit,and the lack of the main position of the youth in the cultural construction of the balloon volleyball spirit.In view of the deficiency of the construction of the gas volleyball culture,the following countermeasures are put forward:（1）The material aspect: strengthen the use of the field,strengthen the construction of the town gas volleyball field,strengthen the study and training of the team of the gas volleyball coaches;We should reasonably increase the expenditure of funds for balloon volleyball activities,expand the sources of funds in various ways,carry out various forms of publicity and popularization activities,and increase the influence of local balloon volleyball culture.（2）At the institutional level: to establish and improve the system construction of the grassroots organizations of Libo County’s gas Volleyball;to improve the competition system of Libo County’s gasvolleyball and raise the level of Libo County’s gasvolleyball referees;to improve the competition system of Libo County’s gas Volleyball;To improve the standards of Libo County’s gasvolleyball referees.（3）Apiritual level: change the idea,improve the masses of the spiritual and cultural construction of the gas volleyball,to increase the gas volleyball sports culture publicity,advocate people to pay attention to multi-gas volleyball,is conducive to the formation of a good atmosphere of physical fitness;Introduction of gasvolleyball into campus to improve the construction of youth spiritual culture.
