Research On The Current Situation Of The Construction Of Traditional Volleyball Schools In Tianjin Under The Background Of "Volleyball City

In August 2021,in order to build Tianjin into "the City of Volleyball and the City of Sports",the General Office of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government issued the Notice on the Implementation Plan of Accelerating the Construction of "The City of Volleyball" in Tianjin(2021-2030),pointing out that: It is planned that no less than100 traditional volleyball schools will be built in Tianjin before 2030.The number of teenagers regularly participating in volleyball is not less than 500,000;There are no less than 500 volleyball courts open to the public,truly building Tianjin into a "City of volleyball" and a "city of sports" with Chinese socialist characteristics.Through the method of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the construction status of Tianjin volleyball traditional characteristic School,analyzes the existing problems in the construction process,and puts forward constructive comments and suggestions,which are mainly as follows:1.Development Status of traditional characteristic Schools in Tianjin:1.1.Construction Status of traditional characteristic Schools:The first batch of "Volleyball City" has 25 traditional characteristic schools,mainly distributed in Binhai New District,Heping District,Nankai District,Hexi District,Hongqiao District and Jinnan District.In terms of school management mechanism,each school with traditional characteristics of volleyball has established a perfect volleyball management system,and the development of volleyball has been incorporated into the development plan of the whole school,and the volleyball leading group and the supervision group have been established.The management of the traditional characteristic schools of volleyball in Tianjin is relatively perfect.All the schools with traditional characteristics of volleyball pay more attention to the development of volleyball work,all set up volleyball training courses,but lack of volleyball textbooks.Volleyball teaching content mainly includes volleyball basic technology,volleyball competition rules,volleyball competition and quality training,teaching methods mainly include explanation method,demonstration method,circuit error correction method,game method and competition method.Tianjin volleyball traditional characteristic schools have set up school boys’ and girls’ volleyball teams and grade boys’ teams,and most schools have set up grade girls’ volleyball teams and class volleyball teams,the volleyball team construction is relatively perfect.Each school has made corresponding volleyball training plans,most of which are made by the backbone volleyball teachers.The number of volleyball training is not uniform among schools.Middle school volleyball training time is about 90 minutes,and primary school volleyball training time is about 40 minutes.Schools with traditional characteristics of volleyball pay more attention to organizing various volleyball competitions,and set up various volleyball display platforms for students.Students have high enthusiasm to participate in the competitions.In terms of cultural propaganda,schools with traditional characteristics of volleyball in Tianjin all attach great importance to the construction of volleyball culture,set up a promotional column of volleyball culture,and use the official website of the school,wechat public account and the promotional column of the school to carry out various kinds of volleyball culture publicity,and publicize the spirit of the women’s volleyball team,the introduction of volleyball knowledge,the display of volleyball characteristic results and the dynamic report of volleyball activities.In the aspect of security,the traditional volleyball schools in Tianjin all pay more attention to the training of safety awareness of volleyball activities,and all have taken a series of safety measures;Each school has certain incentive measures for volleyball teachers and students,but it is not perfect.1.2.Current situation of teachers,students and parents in Tianjin Traditional volleyball SchoolsMost of the managers,volleyball teachers,students and students’ parents of the traditional characteristics of volleyball schools on the construction of "volleyball city" and the construction of traditional characteristics of volleyball schools are not optimistic.Among the volleyball teachers in schools with traditional characteristics of volleyball,female teachers are significantly more than male teachers,most of them have bachelor’s degree,most of them have intermediate professional titles,volleyball teachers participate in less related training,and the number of volleyball teachers cannot meet the requirements of volleyball teaching and training.Most of the students who participate in the volleyball training like volleyball,and they are satisfied with the current volleyball teaching and training.The volleyball activities they have participated in in the past two years mainly include volleyball competition,women’s volleyball spirit exhibition and volleyball knowledge competition,etc.By participating in the volleyball training activities,the students not only improve the skills and tactics of volleyball,but also enjoy physical and mental fitness.It can also improve their self-confidence,cooperation awareness,rules awareness and fighting spirit.The majority of parents support their children to participate in volleyball activities.The parents’ motivations mainly include physical exercise,higher education,honing their will,cultivating sports interests and cultivating team consciousness.By participating in volleyball activities,students are mainly affected by physical health level,volleyball skills and tactics level and team consciousness.1.3.In terms of funds of Tianjin Volleyball Traditional School with characteristics,the funds for volleyball activities are mainly from education authorities,which is relatively insufficient.Most of the school volleyball venues and equipment can meet the basic volleyball teaching and training.2.Main problems in the development of traditional characteristic schools in TianjinTeachers,administrators,parents and students do not know enough about "Volleyball City" and volleyball traditional characteristic school.Volleyball special fund is relatively insufficient;Volleyball faculty is relatively weak;Campus volleyball related textbooks and training programs need to be improved;The incentive measures of campus volleyball construction need to be improved.3.Main countermeasures of building volleyball traditional characteristic school in TianjinThe construction of Tianjin Volleyball traditional characteristic school "Community of destiny";Perfect the construction standard of volleyball traditional characteristic school;Establish the corresponding review and evaluation mechanism;Strengthen the construction of volleyball teachers,and actively carry out a series of volleyball training;Actively accelerate the construction of volleyball teaching syllabus and textbooks in traditional volleyball schools;Improve the entrance channel for students with volleyball skills in Tianjin.
