Research On The Construction Of Volleyball Culture In Tianjin Under The Background Of "Volleyball City

The development of Tianjin volleyball project is a banner for the vigorous development of sports in Tianjin,and also a cultural card of the city.In 2020,Tianjin proposed the plan to build a "volleyball city".Volleyball culture,as a necessary content and important supporting force for the sustainable development of volleyball projects,bears the important mission of cultural guidance and innovation in the construction of the volleyball city.This article uses literature review,Historical analysis,comparative research,expert interviews,and logical induction to study the following aspects:First,it systematically discusses the relevant theories and relations of the volleyball culture construction in Tianjin.Secondly,by reviewing the historical materials of the development of volleyball in Tianjin and based on the development history of the Tianjin and Chinese women’s volleyball teams,the development process of volleyball in Tianjin is divided into popularization stage,stagnation stage,initial stage,initial stage,and development stage.The characteristics of the formation and development of volleyball in Tianjin at each stage are analyzed.Thirdly,analyze the current situation of volleyball culture in Tianjin from three aspects: material culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture.Fourthly,analyze the deficiencies in the construction of Tianjin volleyball culture.Tianjin volleyball culture has rich cultural heritage,and its construction achievements have achieved new forms and new developments.However,at present,there are problems with the development of facilities,insufficient industrial development,incomplete competition system,and insufficient emphasis on fan culture in Tianjin’s volleyball culture.Finally,the principles and strategies for strengthening the construction of volleyball culture in Tianjin are proposed.Through research,the following conclusion can be drawn: After five stages of development,Tianjin has formed a profound historical foundation and forged the spirit of "forge ahead,face difficulties,fight tenaciously,and strive for the first place" in Tianjin women’s volleyball team;At the material level of volleyball culture,there is a certain funding guarantee,a number of traditional volleyball characteristic schools have been established,and leisure and entertainment facilities with volleyball as the theme have been constructed;At the level of volleyball cultural system,the volleyball talent training system in Tianjin is relatively mature;The management mode of volleyball sports is basically consistent with the national management mode,and can coordinate and organize various volleyball work;In terms of volleyball cultural spirit,the spirit of Tianjin women’s volleyball team plays an important leading role,showcasing a good volleyball spirit and a strong fan cultural atmosphere.Against the backdrop of the construction of the "City of Volleyball",Tianjin should seize development opportunities,fully promote the spirit of the Chinese women’s volleyball team in the new era and the spirit of Tianjin women’s volleyball team,continuously enrich the competition forms of campus volleyball,competitive volleyball,and mass volleyball,build a scientific and complete volleyball competition system,and form a development model with the government as the guide,the masses as the foundation,the campus as the breakthrough point,and competitive volleyball as the starting point.Continuously exploring the cultural characteristics of Tianjin volleyball,building a distinctive brand of Tianjin volleyball,promoting the dissemination of volleyball culture in inheritance and development,and achieving continuous upward and positive development of Tianjin volleyball culture.
