The traditional classroom teaching model is difficult to solve the problem of good students not being able to satisfy themselves and poor students not being able to learn.According to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and the theory of the nearest developmental zone,the differentiated teaching advantage of the layered teaching can overcome the drawbacks of the traditional classroom.At the same time,personalised learning resources such as micro-videos provide new id eas and directions for exploring how to maximise the advantages of a layered classroom.The study is based on constructivist theory,cognitive load and cognitive schema theory,and the nearest developmental zone theory,and is based on the need for science education to reduce students learning stress and improve their scientific literacy.Based on the understanding of the differences in students learning levels and abilities,the study uses micro-videos designed and produced hierarchically as an important vehicle of knowledge to meet the learning needs of students at different levels.At the same time,a micro-video-based layered teaching model for junior high school science is constructed and put into teaching practice.The author conducted two rounds of teaching experiments in the second semester of the first year and the second semester of the second year to demonstrate the effectiveness of stratified micro-video in stratified teaching through pre-tests,post-tests(class tests,chapter tests and final tests)and questionnaire interviews.The experimental results show that: on the one hand,layered teaching of junior high school science based on micro-video can stimulate students interest and desire to learn at different levels,increase their motivation to learn,fully explore their learning potential,and foster scientific thinking while promoting students personalised development;on the other hand,it can effectively raise average grades while relieving learning pressure,with particularly significant immediate effects.The innovation of this study lies in the layered design of the micro-video and the construction of an operable micro-video-based layered teaching model,which is of great practical significance in improving the current situation of wide differences in learning levels and promoting students personalised development.
