| In recent years,our country has issued a series of policies to promote the organic combination of school education,family education and social education,and form an integrated education community.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education promulgated on October 23,2021 stipulates that“Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens should incorporate family education guidance services into their work plans as the content of teacher professional training”.As the main position of family education guidance,schools are of great significance to the improvement of family education quality.Taking the X School in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province,where I work,as an observation field,the author conducted an ethnographic investigation on the organization and management of family education guidance.This paper mainly adopts ethnographic research method,and uses the author myself as a research tool to observe the daily state of the research object.During the whole process,through interviews,informal conversations and participatory observations,it was found that the original school family education guidance organization system with the Moral Education Office as the core is gradually changing to “Moral Education Office and Working Group” as the core,and the decision-making body also includes “Working Group Leader-Working Group Members” on the basis of the original “Moral Education Principal-Moral Education Director”.The scale of the organization system and the background of the department are further expanded.At the same time,the organization and management work is faced with the following problems: the human resource dilemma within the organization and management system,the conflict between different positions of the family and school,the lack of professional quality of the front-line guidance and the lack of external resource support.By analyzing the anthropological reasons behind the behavior of different roles in the process of family education guidance,the author found that there are multiple relationships between different roles in the organizational system.One of the important reasons for the differences and contradictions in organizational management is the difference of cultural background,but it can also provide a certain variety of background resources for optimizing organizational management.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference suggestions for optimizing the organization and management of family education guidance in X School: Improve the cognitive concept of the management team;Optimize the management of multi-party resources inside and outside the school;Focus on the cultivation of teachers’ professional ability;Respect and make use of group cultural differences. |
