On January 20,2018,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued a document stating that by 2035,the comprehensive quality,professional level and innovation capacity of teachers will be greatly improved,and millions of backbone teachers,hundreds of thousands of outstanding teachers and tens of thousands of educational-oriented teachers will be trained.The majority of teachers have a sense of happiness on the job,a sense of accomplishment in the career,and a sense of honor in the society,making teachers an enviable occupation.At the end of 2019,Office of the central committee of the communist party of China and jointly issued by The General Office of the State Council "about further lighten the burden of primary and secondary school teachers create a good environment education.To further standardize and limit the phenomenon of excessive power of education administrative departments,it is required to effectively reduce unnecessary interference to primary and secondary schools and teachers,and to return peace to schools and time to teachers.This paper takes teachers’ time management in A middle school in B City,Xinjiang as the research object,and adopts questionnaire survey,interview method and literature analysis method to carry out this research.Research and analysis found that the current high school teachers work long hours,work density,high strength,can teachers don’t have free time,work and life out of balance,teacher is very vulnerable to physical and mental health problems,job burnout,the pressure is bigger,not only affect the quality of the teacher’s normal life,but also seriously affect the teaching quality.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes teachers’ working time.On the basis of field investigation,this study uses SPSS software for statistical analysis of the collected data,in-depth excavation of the interview results,and analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of middle school teachers’ working time management;Through the investigation and analysis of teachers’ time spent in teaching and research activities,preparing for high-quality classes,participating in training and communicating with colleagues,it is found that teachers spend more time on preparing for high-quality classes in their daily work,and many teachers also think that they spend more time in training.However,the time for teachers to participate in teaching and research activities,participate in research projects and communicate with colleagues is relatively limited.The overall cognitive level of time efficiency management is high.There is no difference in time management effectiveness among teachers of different genders.Teachers of different ages have significant differences in time management effectiveness.Teachers with different professional titles have significant differences in time management effectiveness;There is no difference in time management effectiveness among teachers of different subjects.Teachers spend a long time in school and undertake many tasks other than teaching;Teachers have less time and opportunities to improve their professional development;Teachers spend more time on clerical work.There are many reasons for the problems in the management of junior middle school teachers’ working time.From the personal level of teachers,teachers’ time management ability is weak and their sense of time monitoring is not strong.At the same time,teachers spend a long time in school and work in high density and intensity.Too much transnational work and insufficient time for professional development;From the school level,the main problems are the serious orientation of time efficiency,lack of innovation and flexibility;Lack of effective management of "communication" work management tools in schools;Schools lack of targeted and practical training for teachers;From the perspective of society,the expectation of school education is high.Society interferes too much with the school.This study analyzes how teachers improve their working time management from the aspects of individual teachers,schools and society.In personal aspect,according to the guidance of compass theory,teachers should plan life,devote enthusiasm to realize the value of life;The clock to the compass,to determine the true north of the heart;Balance the roles,clarify the responsibilities of teachers and understand the roles of teachers;Four quadrant time management,prioritize.Schools should open up their minds,innovate management concepts,attach importance to training,pay attention to teachers’ needs,take people as the foundation,and mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm.In the social aspect,interference should be reduced as much as possible,the essence of education should be returned,social resources should be coordinated,and educational development should be promoted jointly.
