The findings of Education Indicators in Focus(2015)show that the teaching hours of each teacher gradually decrease as the level of education increases.On average,teachers in each country spend half of their working time on non-teaching activities,and 13%of teaching time is used to maintain classroom order,which means that only 43.5%of working time for teachers in various countries is for effective teaching.For rural teachers in China,the rational use and management of their working hours is the means to achieve educational effectiveness.Nowadays,the status quo of rural teachers' work is to cooperate with rural grassroots cadres to help the poor,to visit households,to cooperate with schools to do a good job in school,to do various inspections,to create various archives,and so on.Teachers have limited working hours,but they have to deal with so many complicated items.How can their teaching time and rest time be guaranteed?This study aims to find a new way to solve the problem of rural teachers' working time management by exploring the working time management of rural teachers,and provide feasible suggestions for the education administrative department,school administrators and rural teachers.It is hoped that the education administration and schools will be provided.Managers can improve the time management system of rural schools and give rural teachers more time to take the initiative;rural teachers can improve their working hours by improving their working hours,rationally control working hours,improve the efficiency of education and teaching,and increase the professional well-being of teachers.This study takes the teacher group of a township A primary school in Xuzhou as the research object.Through the preliminary research and forecasting and data collection,this paper designs a questionnaire about the working time management of A primary school teachers,and summarizes and analyzes the distribution of working hours of A primary school teachers.On the basis of the differences in working time distribution of rural teachers with different backgrounds and the influencing factors of rural teachers'working time management problems,the main problems of current rural teachers'working time management are presented:rural teachers work longer than international standards and national standards;Teachers' working time management skills are generally low.From the three levels of education administration,rural school administrators and rural teachers,it puts forward feasible suggestions for solving the problem of rural teachers' working time management:improving the time management system of rural schools,formulating scientific and reasonable schedules for work and rest;The number of sexual affairs,return the teaching activities time to teachers;adopt flexible working time management system,give teachers the initiative to manage working hours;reduce meetings,pay attention to teachers' rest rights;improve the scientific and feasibility of decision-making,save teachers Working time consumption;regular teacher work time management training to help rural teachers establish a sense of working time management;rural teachers group master working time management strategies and improve working time management capabilities.
