Study On Sustainable Development Of Soccer Kindergarten In Chaoyang District,Beijing

Since the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Pilot Work of Infant Football in March 2019,infant football has been widely popularized.In August 2019,15 kindergartens in Chaoyang District of Beijing were identified and named as national football characteristic kindergartens,becoming the leaders of the first batch of football characteristic kindergartens in Beijing,which plays a certain guiding role in the sustainable development research of their football characteristic kindergartens.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,through the research about the present situation of Beijing chaoyang district football features in kindergarten,explore its effective experience and deficiencies in the process of development,discussed on the basis of this puts forward the development of the community,and the characteristics of Beijing chaoyang district national football kindergarten review assessment index system for building and exploration,Finally,effective countermeasures are put forward to promote the healthy and sustainable development of football featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District,Beijing.The following conclusions are drawn through the research on the sustainable development of football featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District,Beijing:1.At present,most football featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District are faced with practical problems such as insufficient venues and insufficient funds,which restrict the development of their activities to some extent.At the same time,the most intractable problem is the "two-way derailment" between kindergarten teachers and external coaches,and the lack of football-related training opportunities for young children.In teaching,although it can ensure the time and times of children’s participation,but lack of scientific teaching basis.Some kindergartens ignore the value of football activity publicity and home co-education,resulting in the blocking of information publicity,which makes parents have too much worry and affects the long-term development effect of football featured kindergartens.2.The 15 football featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District have uneven development.Some kindergartens have distinctive development,while some kindergartens carry out single forms of activities.Through investigation,it is found that it has good resource sharing conditions,superior geographical location,convenient transportation and other practical conditions,which can achieve the development goal of the community.Therefore,there is great potential for the development of the community of soccer featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District.3.Soccer featured kindergartens are in the early stage of establishment,and there is no specific index system and detailed development guidance outline for soccer featured kindergartens,which makes the development of soccer featured kindergartens in Chaoyang District lack of scientific leadership and management,which will hinder its healthy and sustainable development.Through the study and formulation of "Beijing Chaoyang District National Football Characteristics Kindergarten Review Evaluation Index System",to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of football activities in Chaoyang District football characteristics kindergarten.4.Chaoyang district football characteristic kindergarten has great space of sustainable development,to the author according to the problems found during the prophase investigation and study,puts forward seven countermeasures: scientific planning and management systems,increase funding investment,optimize the faculty,innovation,teaching content,more publicity,strengthening the consciousness of home produced,foster a sense of community.
