After the Beijing Olympic Games,the Chinese men’s basketball National team failed frequently in the world competitions,and was also challenged and threatened by Japan,Iran,the Philippines and other countries in the Asian arena.The lack of reserve talents restricted the development of Chinese basketball mainly because of its reason.Therefore,the Chinese Basketball Association formally implemented the "Development Plan for minor basketball" in 2017,in order to promote the development of minor basketball and improve the current situation of the lack of reserve basketball talents.However,in the actual development process of small basketball is faced with many difficulties.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to study the development path of elementary school basketball in Guiyang and put forward optimization strategies.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this paper takes the development path of elementary school basketball in Guiyang as the research object,and uses literature research method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods.From the aspects of student participation,faculty strength,home-school support,curriculum teaching,material guarantee,development speed,development structure and development effect,the development status of elementary school basketball in Guiyang and the reasons for the development speed is not ideal,the development structure is not balanced and the development effect is not obvious are deeply analyzed.Then summed up Guiyang elementary school small basketball development path optimization strategy.Through the analysis of the interest needs of each stakeholder and the realization of the interest needs,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Difficulties facing the development of elementary school basketball in Guiyang City: first,the comprehensive support provided by the school in special activity funds,court facilities,medical security,reward mechanism and other aspects is insufficient;Second,basketball teachers in professional theory knowledge,special skills,coaching ability and other aspects of the comprehensive quality is weak;Thirdly,the academic scores of students lag behind in the case of sufficient learning time,which leads to the deepening of the "conflict of learning and training".Fourthly,parents rarely take the initiative to maintain effective communication with the school and basketball teachers on their children’s learning and training issues,leading to insufficient "home-school cooperation".2.Optimization strategies for the development path of elementary school basketball in Guiyang City: First,the school should increase diversified funding channels and improve the reward mechanism,and increase the optimization of court facilities and medical security relying on the actual needs of the development of elementary basketball;Secondly,basketball teachers should take the initiative to read textbooks related to little basketball and attend professional lectures to consolidate their theoretical knowledge.Moreover,they should actively participate in the level training of basketball coaches held by the Chinese Basketball Association to improve their comprehensive abilities in skills,coaching,leading and other aspects.Thirdly,students should reasonably arrange their academic learning time and small basketball training time.On this basis,students should actively participate in the competition and strive for excellent ranking in the competition,so as to alleviate the "conflict between learning and training";Fourth,parents should take the initiative to effectively communicate with schools and basketball teachers about their children’s school training,so as to promote the upgrading of "home-school cooperation",so as to provide some help for the all-round development of children.
