A Case Study Of Women’s Football In Ethnic Senior Middle School In Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture

Developing campus football is not only the guideline and policy of national education construction,but also an important carrier for improving the quality of physical education teaching,improving students’ physical fitness,and implementing physical education.It is also a basic project for realizing the construction of a strong sports country.Since2015,the Ministry of Education and other six ministries and commissions have jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football",which has established a top-level framework for the construction of campus football in the new era.Under the guidance of the campus football policy,the Ethnic High School in Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture,has found a unique way to cultivate football players in a short time,and has been ranked among the top three in the state and provincial campus football leagues for many years.This study adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and field survey to sort out the development process of the team from four aspects: coaches,athletes,team training competitions,and security system since the establishment of the team.It analyzes the successful experience of team development from the macro,medium,and micro levels,and explores the constraints of team development,aiming to provide reference and reference for the construction of high school campus football teams.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The quality of running a school and the performance of women’s teams in ethnic high schools in Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture are both on the rise.Since 2015,the school has been awarded the High School Teaching Quality Award by the Education Bureau of Qiannan Prefecture and the Changshun County Government for many consecutive years.The women’s football team has advanced into the ranks of the strong campus football teams in Guizhou Province in just three years,and has repeatedly established itself as the champion of the provincial and state level campus football league in Guizhou Province.2.The coaches of the women’s football team at the Ethnic High School in Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture are conscientious and responsible.They study and study independently in training,continuously improving their team leadership ability,and shifting their coaching motivation from initial job needs and love of football to the professional ideal of establishing morality and cultivating talents is an important factor for the rapid growth of the team.The selection of women’s football team of Changshun County Ethnic High School in Qiannan Prefecture basically comes from rural areas.The cooperation model of "the Belt and Road" and "brother schools" in selecting and cultivating football team members for primary and secondary schools has expanded the scale of the football team,promoted the balanced development of rural schools,and laid a foundation for the construction of echelon teams.3.The training process can be combined with daily life training to cultivate students’ willpower and sound personality in life and learning;Can guide students to correct training motivation,so that it can rise to the pursuit of sports interest;Pay attention to the psychological changes of team members and solve their psychological problems in a timely manner;The main way to improve skills is to replace training with competition to improve the competition ability of players;Establish cultural achievement thresholds and coordinate the collaborative operation of learning and training;Dilute competition results,attach importance to the summary after the competition,fully pay attention to the individual differences of players,and implement hierarchical training based on the age and sports skills of players.4.The Ethnic High School in Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture,has a specific management system for coaches and athletes.The reason why women’s football teams have been able to grow in a short period of time and have entered the ranks of strong football teams on campus in Guizhou Province is that the policy orientation and the requirements for the quality of running the school have promoted the formation of a campus football cultural atmosphere.Continuously improving hardware equipment is an important condition for team construction.5.The main successful experiences of the women’s football team at the Ethnic High School in Changshun County,Qiannan Prefecture include: the coaches’ dedication to education,their lofty professional concepts,and the strong willpower of the players are the internal motivation for the development and construction of the team;The "three wheel drive" of education departments,school leaders,and social figures is an external factor in the successful construction of teams.6.In response to the constraints of insufficient school hardware conditions,insufficient incentive systems for coaches,existing teacher teams unable to meet the continuous expansion of the team,uneven athletic levels of players,lack of operating funds for the team,and a lack of relevant football matches,the following countermeasures are proposed:strengthen the recruitment of coaches for the women’s football team of Changshun County Ethnic High School in Qiannan Prefecture,and employ part-time coaches;Provide more training opportunities for assistant coaches,and establish a sound reward and punishment mechanism for coaches;Establish a diverse campus football competition system to create training conditions for players for regular and multiple matches;Give play to the leading management role of the government to promote the improvement of the football management system;Strengthen the training guarantee system.
