Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Provincial Demonstrative High School Football In Guizhou Province Qiannan

Soccer is known as the world's first sport for its unique charm,but the development of Chinese football is still a long way to go.Under the personal deployment and guidance of general secretary Xi Jinping,the country has introduced a series of documents and policies on campus football,and the return of football to the campus has become the hottest sport topic.The fundamental goal of football entering campus is to play the educational function of football,promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,and cultivate qualified people for the socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this paper,the actual situation and specific problems of the 7 provincial demonstration high school football in Qiannan,Guizhou province were investigated and analyzed.The following results were obtained:(1)Five of the seven schools have football practice classes,of which only one school has three grades,and the other four schools do not have three grades;(2)All seven schools carry out extra-curricular football activities,and specialized football teachers are also arranged to organize teaching and referee work.Due to the particularity of each school,football extracurricular activities vary in frequency,time,and content of activities;(3)There is greater emphasis on after-school football training and competitions in schools.Six of the seven schools have established men's and women's football teams.Only one school does not have a women's team,and both men's and women's football teams have professional football coaches to manage and lead them;(4)The attitude of school leaders,teachers and parents towards the participation of students in football activities is still affected by the examination-oriented educational environment;(5)The lack of venues and equipment relative to the number of football events is still an important factor that restricts the development of football;(6)Professional football teachers account for 18.9 % of the total number of sports teachers.Compared with the number of students,it is undoubtedly one of the important factors that hinder the development of campus football.According to the problems found above,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)The local government and schools should increase their funding for school football projects in accordance with the actual conditions and continuously improve infrastructure construction;(2)The school must strengthen football culture propaganda,create a good football environment,change the traditional concepts of school leaders,teachers,parents and students,increase everyone's awareness and attention to football,and stimulate students 'interest in football;(3)To ensure students 'personal safety,improve their cultural performance,and expand their access to higher education;(4)Widely carry out intra-school leagues and inter-school leagues,dilute the doctrine of trophies,and expand the number of football competitions;(5)Professional football teachers must constantly improve their football teaching ability with the times.Sports teachers in other majors must also continue to learn football professional knowledge,make good use of the "National Training Plan" to actively participate in training,and continuously improve football literacy;(6)Each school must actively introduce football professionals.The establishment of the Football Academy of Guizhou Normal University will train excellent football workers for the entire Guizhou Province.
