| Academic emotion is a series of emotions generated in the learning process,mainly including the emotional experience obtained during class,daily homework,exams and after the release of scores.It has an important impact on the development of individuals.Welfare children due to the particularity of the growth environment,the lack of family education and company,in response to the plight of academic mood,not only affects the study and life,is not conducive to the healthy development of their own,so,improve welfare children to academic emotional management level,promote welfare children have good learning state,is the needs of their own growth,and the government and society should focus on.This study mainly used interview method and observation method questionnaire survey to investigate children in welfare homes in G County to analyze the current situation of academic emotion management of children in welfare homes and evaluate their needs.The results found that children in welfare homes lack the cognition and expression of their academic emotions,and their weak ability to manage their academic emotions.The main demand is to improve the cognitive level of children in welfare homes;enhance the ability to express academic emotions,use reasonable methods to vent academic emotions;improve the effective management of academic emotions.In view of the above status and needs,this study takes the social learning theory and the emotional ABC theory as the guidance,designs the team service plan,and carries out the relevant practical work according to the plan.The group is composed of 8 children from the welfare home to assist the children in the welfare home to understand and express their academic feelings,feel the sources of academic feelings and respond to others’ academic feelings.The team members share the methods to find a suitable way to vent their academic feelings,so as to promote the effective management of the children in the welfare home.The group will conduct before and after tests to compare the effectiveness of the group.The social workers will also observe the changes of the team members with homework,and then evaluate the total effectiveness of the team service.Finally is the summary of the service reflection and Suggestions,research that group work in welfare children have an important role in emotional management,professional theory in the applicability of practice,social workers in each activity in a timely manner after reflection and summary,more optimized after the service content,provide reference and reference. |
