M Education Corporation Development Strategy Research

In recent years,with the progress of human civilization and the development of society,the people need to create a better life and achieve common prosperity,building a learning society and a skilled society has become an effective way,and the formation of a modern civilization atmosphere.At present,with the improvement of people’s knowledge and skills and the pursuit of all-round development of personality improvement,the development of China’s adult education industry has attracted more and more attention from the country and the society.Under the fierce competition for industry development,it is very necessary for adult education industry-related enterprises to analyze their development trend and conduct strategic research.This thesis takes M Education Company as the research strategy for the development environment and needs of the adult education industry.Through the relevant literature research,M education company analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,with the strategy management concepts and theoretical tools summarizes the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and threats,using SWOT combination analysis,M education company should take growth and development(SO)as the company strategy.In order to achieve the growth and development strategic goals of M company,product expansion,and appropriately diversified operation strategies to achieve M business expansion through market penetration,market development and provide differentiated services for company students.At the same time,strengthen the internal function deployment,from the administrative,human resources,finance and other functional departments to the business departments,the company through various departments of design and deployment,to do a good job in the basic guarantee of the work team.Under the guarantee of human resources,capital resources,and institutional culture of M Education Company,this thesis puts forward the implementation plan of M Company’s development strategy from two aspects of business and operation.In business,increasing market share,adding business departments,development projects producing new growth points,horizontal business diversification,implementing M development strategy by establishing brand awareness,rationally allocating internal resources,expanding business scale,establishing three-dimensional enrollment network and multi-directional excavation of students.Through this thesis,the development trend of adult education industry in connotation,adult education will form more perfect full-time education system;adult education,more flexible teaching content,more abundant;learners will have more obvious personal characteristics,will develop targeted teaching planning in the future;adult education will promote international cooperation to cultivate high-quality talents.This study found that it will provide a certain basis for the development of the enterprises in the adult education industry,and play a positive role in the internal adjustment and management of the enterprises and the social-economic development of the industry.
