Study tour is an off-campus practice that combines research learning with travel experience. In 2016,the Ministry of Education and 11 other departments jointly issued the Opinions on Promoting postgraduate Travel for primary and secondary school Students, which officially incorporated postgraduate travel into the teaching plan of primary and secondary schools.Postgraduate travel has gradually become a hot topic in the new era of Chinese education reform.Based on the constructivism learning theory,Dewey’s "learning by doing" theory and Taylor’s curriculum design theory, this thesis firstly uses the literature research method to sort out the current research status of study tour and project-based learning, and finds the deficiencies in the curriculum design of study tour. Therefore,it proposes to integrate project-based learning and study tour to design research curriculum.Secondly, the case analysis method is used to analyze 10 typical cases from six aspects: design process, research objectives, research resources,project-driven problems, activity management, achievement display and evaluation,so as to sum up experience and inspiration for the following course design.Thirdly, based on the relevant theories of project-based learning and study tour, combined with the above case experience summary, the design process of study tour course based on project-based learning is established. Finally, through the field investigation method and according to certain resource selection principles, the local geography research resources of Anshan City are integrated, and the curriculum resources suitable for research trips are selected.Based on this, the project-style research course with the theme of "Angang: A New Look" is designed. The results are as follows:First, through the research of project-based learning and study tour related theories, combined with the experience of case analysis, the study tour curriculum design process based on project-based learning is established. The process is divided into three stages: before, during, and after the line. The pre-study stage includes six parts: the selection of research theme, the booking of research objectives, the proposal of driving questions, the formulation of research activity plan, the design of evaluation gauge and the entry activity. In the middle stage, students work in groups to explore, carry out activities through the research plan made in the preparation stage, and gradually produce project results. Finally,in the latter stage,an activity will be held,in which students will show their achievements, express their understanding and harvest of this research, and finally make evaluation and reflection.Secondly, based on the principles of safety, education, regionalism and geography, the research resources of Anshan are integrated from the perspectives of nature and humanity. The natural resources mainly include Qianshan Mountain,Xiuyan Mountain Scenic Spot,Baiyun Mountain,Xiuyan Medicine Mountain,Tanggangzi Hot spring,Xiuyan Yulongshan Hot Spring,Shangying Reservoir of Haicheng,Xianren Tai National Forest Park,Xian shan Geopark, etc.Thirdly, based on the practical problems of the development of Angang and the knowledge base of the sophomore students,a project-style research course with the theme of "Angang: A New Look " is designed. On this basis, three sub-projects are extended, namely "The vicissitudes of life of Anshan Iron and Steel ","the transformation Road of Angang" and "Angang Culture".Each sub-project has a complete project theme, objectives, driving questions, activities, presentation and evaluation of results, integrating project-based learning with study tour.
