Research On The Present Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Huaibei Campus Small Basketball Under The Background Of Small Basketball Plan

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to school sports and the healthy development of young people.The Chinese Basketball Association issued the "Small Basketball Development Plan" in 2017,which aims to attract young people to participate in basketball through the use of small basketball,improve their physical health and strengthen the foundation of the country’s basketball talent.In this context,small basketball into the campus is to deepen the school sports work and promote the physical health of children and adolescents a powerful starting point,carried out nationwide in full swing.Some remote and backward city campus small basketball game development situation how,which personality problems exist and how targeted optimization promotion,is placed in our country small basketball game campus platform popularization an important problem that cannot be ignored.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics,Delphi method to carry on an in-depth study of Huaibei campus basketball development status and promotion strategy.First of all,we went deep into some primary schools in Huaibei City to understand the actual situation of the development of little basketball.The specific investigation work was carried out in the aspects of elementary school basketball teaching,teachers,court equipment,events,funding investment,students’ participation and school leaders’ attention.On the basis of thorough investigation of the current situation,through the factor analysis method to excavate and extract the main influencing factors,including system factors,teaching factors,cognitive factors,teacher factors and material security factors,so as to clarify the impact of Huaibei campus small basketball movement work in the main aspects.Combined with the interview opinions,the paper analyzes and interprets the practical problems existing in the development of Huaibei campus little basketball,and finally puts forward the promotion strategy of Huaibei campus little basketball in view of the problems:(1)Strengthen government functions,implement basketball policies and increase capital investment;(2)Improve the teaching system of small basketball and improve the teaching effect;(3)Strengthen the publicity and improve the cognition level of basketball;(4)Implement internal promotion and external introduction to build a highquality teaching team;(5)Strengthen linkage and reasonably allocate small basketball court facilities;(6)Multi-subject participation to enrich small basketball events.It is expected that this study will provide a reference for the promotion of campus basketball in Huaibei City,and also provide a case revelation for the development of basketball in remote areas,so as to arouse people’s attention to the development of basketball in remote areas,and really promote the high-quality development of basketball in China.
