A Study On The Present Situation And Strategy Of Small Basketball Promotion In Urumqi City Based On SWOT Analysis

Promulgated and implemented in 2006,the Decision on Carrying out Sunshine Sports for Billions of Students in the Nation,Focusing on the development of sport,On the students,Since then,more and more people,Begin to attach importance to and promote the construction and development of children’s sports.With Yao Ming as chairman of the China Basketball Association,The China Basketball Association has actively implemented reforms at all levels,On November 20,2017,the "Small Basketball Development Plan" and the National Basketball League were held at the Central Primary School of Zhangjiawan Town,Tongzhou District,Beijing,It marks the formal promotion of small basketball sports in China.For nearly a year,There’s a "little basketball" boom all over the country,In the implementation and promotion of the plan,There are still some problems.Based on the development of small basketball in Urumqi,By means of questionnaire,SWOT analysis,Based on the matrix model,which is composed of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in SWOT development process,So as to carry on the small basketball development plan movement in Urumqi city popularizes the pertinence countermeasure research,Hope to provide theoretical reference for the development of small basketball.The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis:The advantages of small basketball promotion in Urumqi include the advantages of small basketball itself,good basketball foundation and atmosphere,promotion function and competition conditions.The disadvantages of small basketball promotion in Urumqi include backward campus promotion,imperfect management and organization system,general level of coaches and insufficient rationality of rules.The promotion opportunities of small basketball in Urumqi include the support of the state,the opportunity of big data era,the popularization of basketball events and the development demand of basketball.The promotion challenge of small basketball in Urumqi includes the competition of other forms of basketball league,the competition arising from the development of other sports and the research on the countermeasures of promoting small basketball in Urumqi.Suggestions are made based on the following conclusions:1.Establish small basketball sports-related events;establish a training system for small basketball referees.2.Improve the organizational management effectively;effectively improve the competition rules.3.Innovate the mode of the small basketball games,and package the small basketball games comprehensively.4.Clear the positioning and entry point of campus promotion;standardize the training and management for small basketball coaches.
