In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),which addresses the learning of soccer curriculum at the junior high school level(Level4)and sets out requirements in six aspects,including basic knowledge and fundamental skills,technical and tactical use,and physical fitness.This paper adopts literature method,logical analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other related research methods to sort out the physical education curriculum,physical education and health curriculum standards and other related literature,analyze the classification of soccer teaching content,explore the soccer teaching content articulation and physical education curriculum standards(2022 edition),so as to find the problems existing in the teaching content setting of soccer curriculum in China: lack of systematization of soccer teaching,single teaching method,and The problems such as the lack of soccer teaching resources.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The content of junior high school soccer teaching includes three subsystems of soccer technology,soccer tactics and soccer theoretical knowledge,and the three parts have their own systems and influence each other,constituting a relatively dynamic system.(2)The teaching of junior high school soccer curriculum is aimed at cultivating students’ interest in soccer and improving the technical and tactical level of soccer,and is people-oriented,insisting on the combination of scientific and systematic,physical and mental pleasure and skill enhancement,and the combination of goal accomplishment and interest cultivation;(3)Reasonable formulation of junior high school soccer teaching content,with scientific teaching methods to improve teaching quality.Unlike other subjects,soccer teaching needs to consider the principles of teaching content setting,students’ physical characteristics,physical quality of students at different level stages,psychological elements and other dimensions,and do a good job of connecting the content of soccer teaching in junior high school and elementary school,in order to finally design a set of scientific and reasonable soccer teaching content;(4)The application effect of the teaching content examples in each school year of junior high school can be seen that the percentage of playing the main role of students,showing the principle of teaching according to their abilities,better grasping soccer skills,and strengthening self-confidence in learning are more than 60.00%;(5)The reference examples of soccer teaching contents for each school year in junior high school set in this study are feasible and operable,and can meet the goals of cultivating students’ interest in soccer and improving their soccer skills.The main suggestions are as follows:(1)The education and sports departments need to increase the efforts of junior high school soccer teaching reform,so that junior high school soccer teaching can effectively bring into play regional characteristics,do a good job of tailoring the teaching content to the teaching and local conditions,and scientifically develop a mechanism for setting the teaching content of junior high school soccer courses;(2)Schools need to change their traditional teaching methods,optimize the structure of teachers,increase the introduction and cultivation of soccer teachers,organize regular soccer training and learning for teachers,and increase and improve the construction of the learning environment to provide more room for choice in setting the teaching content of the junior high school soccer curriculum;(3)Rationalizing the content of junior high school soccer teaching,together with scientific teaching methods,to improve the quality of teaching;(4)The exploration of middle school soccer teaching content should integrate the actual situation of the school and the teaching situation of each grade level,and fully consider the students’ skills,interests and needs;(5)The teaching level and ability of teachers need to be further improved,and high level talents and management should be introduced to make the middle school soccer teaching content richer by improving the teaching level and management methods.
