| "Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standards)put forward new requirements for physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools.As the father of sports,gymnastics must be included in the learning content.Gymnastics is the foundation of all sports items,and is also one of the important components of school physical education content.Nearly a year after the promulgation of the new curriculum standards,the selection and application of teaching methods in the process of gymnastics teaching in primary and secondary schools are relatively simple,and the classroom is boring,which greatly affects the enthusiasm of students to learn,and the teaching effect of gymnastics is not good.In this study,according to the new curriculum standards for gymnastics teaching content requirements,choose appropriate teaching methods,better implement the concept of the new curriculum standards.Through the methods of literature,observation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the content and method of gymnastics teaching in the second stage of physical education and health class required by the new curriculum standard as the research object,and 86 students in the second stage of physical education and health class as the experimental object.This paper studies whether the gymnastics teaching content and teaching method designed based on the new curriculum standard combined with the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development has a promoting effect on the improvement of students’ physical quality,learning interest,learning attitude and collective self-esteem,verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the teaching content and teaching method,and draws the following conclusions through the experiment:(1)Both the experimental group and the control group had positive effects on the mastery of gymnastic movements,but the positive effect on the experimental group was greater than the control group.(2)The experimental group in the vital capacity,50 meters running,sitting forward bending,one-minute rope skipping,sit-ups in five aspects of the test results were significantly improved compared with the control group,and there was a significant difference,indicating that the experimental group teaching program is more conducive to promoting the physical quality of students.(3)The results of the scale of learning interest,learning attitude and collective self-esteem of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and showed significant differences,indicating that the teaching program of the experimental group was conducive to improving students’ learning interest,learning attitude and collective self-esteem.The following suggestions are made through the research:(1)In the teaching of gymnastics,it is possible to combine a single movement with a combination of movements and design the teaching content and teaching methods according to the rules,requirements and technical characteristics of specific sports.(2)Gymnastics,as the father of sports,is the foundation of all sports.Schools should strengthen the teaching of gymnastics,and at the same time conduct gymnastics teaching training for physical education teachers,improve the professional skills of physical education teachers,and lay a solid foundation for the better implementation of gymnastics sports.(3)Gymnastic sports play a vital role in level 2 students.It is suggested that schools that have not implemented the gymnastic course in the new curriculum standards should open gymnastic classes.Schools that have already opened can learn from and refer to the teaching content and teaching methods of this paper. |
