Research On The Cultivation Of The Corresponding Employability Of Sports Education Professionals

The employability of physical education professionals is the core of their employability.Against the backdrop of unstable job market conditions,the number of corresponding positions in physical education majors has decreased.In addition,the employment space and direction of this major are relatively narrow,and professional students have a strong desire for corresponding employment,resulting in a sharp increase in the pressure on physical education professionals to find employment.Therefore,clarifying the structure of the corresponding employment ability of physical education majors,analyzing the shortcomings of the corresponding employment ability cultivation of talents in this major based on market demand and current professional training plans,can provide targeted improvement plans for the corresponding employment ability,comprehensive employment ability,and personal competitiveness of physical education majors,and provide suggestions for the optimization of the cultivation of physical education professionals,Alleviate the problem of structural unemployment caused by the discrepancy between the ability composition of professionals and the market demand.This paper uses literature,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study.By investigating the employment abilities of graduates from three universities who have already obtained corresponding employment opportunities from2021 to 2022 and fresh graduates from the physical education major who hold corresponding employment intentions from 2023,combined with the needs of corresponding employers and the training plans of each university,the research results are analyzed,and corresponding conclusions are drawn and suggestions are proposed.The research results show that the overall employment rate of physical education graduates from the 21st and 22nd sessions of three universities in Henan Province is relatively high,maintained at over 90%,and the employment rate for further education is stable at a high level.The net employment rate for corresponding programs is relatively low,with the highest being only 53.7%;The evaluation average score of the 2023 physical education major students in Henan Province is in the middle level range in terms of their ability to apply knowledge,express language,and showcase themselves,which are highly relevant to practical employment skills and are highly valued by corresponding employers(μ< 3.5).The following research conclusions can be drawn:(1)The intention of physical education majors to seek employment is increasing,but the difficulty of finding employment is constantly increasing.(2)For the employment of corresponding positions in the physical education major,students in this major need to prioritize improving their knowledge application ability,learning ability,language expression ability,information collection ability,self presentation ability,and other primary element abilities.(3)Professional courses in universities need to be more practical,and employment courses need to be arranged with a focus on different stages of students’ learning.
