Sports-training specialty is aimed to cultivate the advanced elites with professional sport theories and knowledge, with the ability of social management and researches. With the background of Difficult Job-Hunting, the Sports-training specialty graduates are featured in strong profession, rare number of jobs available, small quantity demanded. Furthermore, many sport colleges are desired to train teachers of physical education and graduates continue to work in the physical trade. The job option is influenced by traditional employment views and employment ideas for the graduates in sports colleges. For all the reasons, sports-training specialty graduates’ employment is becoming rare and rare. With the help of methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods of sports training specialty in Tianjin University of Sport, the paper studies employment and working conditions of1201graduates of2009-2011sessions. We hope to get some advice from the study and establish the system of social demand connection. The following are the conclusion:1Sports-training specialty graduates’ employment has the same rate with the average level of the whole country, but the employment unit structure is not reasonable. The main influential factors include social factors, school factors and individual factors of graduates.2Findings show that sports-training specialty undergraduate occupation target is not clear and without occupation career planning. The graduate do not know the state of the current employment policies and procedures, utilitarian employment trend evident.3College talent cultivation plan can not follow the social demand, the attitude of recruitment unit to graduate satisfaction continued to decline.4College employment guidance function and effect are weaker and weaker, not adapted to the market mechanism, the lack of employment information.In conclusion, the author puts forward reasonable suggestions:1It is with the market-oriented optimization of specialized sports training curriculum 2Aimed to the construction of the students majoring in sports training system of employment guidance3Guide sports-training specialty students to change the employment concept, and constantly improve the comprehensive quality...
