contradictions.In order to prevent the adverse effects of the deterioration of the relationship on the rural left-behind women and improve the life happiness of the left-behind women,it is necessary to deeply analyze the reasons behind the contradictions,clarify the basic needs of the rural left-behind women in this context,and provide services to alleviate the pressure caused by the contradiction between husband and wife.This case work service takes the family system theory as the theoretical basis,and focuses on the psychotherapy paradigm of interpersonal interaction.It transcends the limitations of individual treatment and takes family interaction disorders as a breakthrough in dealing with marital conflicts.By using the research methods of case work,participatory observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey,the most representative left-behind woman Z was selected as the research object,and the relationship between the client and her husband was analyzed from the perspective of family system theory.At present,the relationship between the client and her husband has the following problems : First,poor communication and low level of self-differentiation.Family members lack positive interaction,and the client ’s self-control over emotions is weak,resulting in a low degree of self-differentiation and difficulty in effective communication.The second is the imbalance of economic and emotional connection function.The left-behind life transfers the responsibility that should have been shared by the husband and wife to the case owner,the family function is disordered,and the family balance is broken.Third,chronic anxiety is expanding,and the relationship between rights and obligations is wide.Because of poor communication with each other,the client is easy to imagine the intervention of the opposite sex as the fuse of the contradiction between husband and wife,doubting the husband ’ s life outside,reducing the trust of the husband and wife,promoting the extension of chronic anxiety,and the unequal family decision-making power and housework of the husband and wife.Fourth,the triangular meet the needs of family development,it is eager to seek a job,obtain income,and improve economic discourse power to adapt to society and balance economic relations between husband and wife.In the implementation stage of the case,with the help of the " online+ offline" interview form,a dialogue on the case owner,the husband and children of the case,and the attitude of understanding,understanding,and processing of each member of the husband and wife clearly grasped each member.Family joint meetings,provide a platform for common communication,and promote the methods and countermeasures of the party,family and social workers and social workers to improve the relationship between husband and wife.Social workers build professional work relationships and trust
