| The optional sports system is a different way of teaching from the traditional approach.It is more conducive for students to find sports items suitable for themselves and they are interested in learning,master relevant sports skills,further improve the professionalism of physical education,and it enables students to learn a certain sports technology in a professional and focused environment.However,due to the short implementation time of the primary school optional sports system,the curriculum system has not been really improved,and some new problems have been derived from the teaching practice,which has put the curriculum system of primary school optional sports system into a practical dilemma.In this context,the way to explore the primary school optional sports system is also emerged.In this study,Hefei Jingkai Experimental School in Anhui Province was selected as the research object.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,its aim is to summarize the experience gained from the curriculum system of the optional sports system,analyze the existing shortcomings,and propose an optimization plan to provide reference for the healthy development of the sports shift teaching curriculum system by studying the target system,organizational form,curriculum content,curriculum arrangement,evaluation system,etc.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the raising of the research questions,the research purpose,significance and research methods of this study,defines the relevant core concepts,and finally summarizes the current status of relevant research at home and abroad.The second chapter is the policy and theoretical basis related to this research.In the third and forth chapters,the author obtains data through observation,interviews and questionnaires,analyzes the current situation of the school’s curriculum system,as well as the experience that can be used for reference,and discusses the problems found.The fifth chapter then addresses the issues and makes suggestions for optimising the optional sports system of primary school.The sixth chapter is the reflection on the shortcomings of this study and the outlook for future research.The conclusion at the end summarizes the whole study.The findings of the study are as follows.1.the primary school optional sports system can enhance as well as maintain students’ interest in maintaining a strong interest in sports,allowing students to join in learning activities on their own and fully explore their own potential,laying a solid foundation for the overall improvement of independent learning ability.2.From the experience of Jingkai Experimental School,we can learn that the class walking system needs to adhere to the principle of student-led and teacher-led teaching;and the construction and optimisation of the curriculum system of the primary school optional sports system needs to require the participation of multiple subjects and institutional safeguards.3.There are still some problems in the current the curriculum system of the primary school optional sports system,including teachers’ inexperience in teaching the optional sports system;unclear establishment of curriculum objectives;neglected curriculum content;inadequate implementation of the curriculum and the lack of curriculum evaluation links.4.The analysis of these problems has led to suggestions for improvement:strengthening teacher training;clarifying course objectives;implementing course content in place;optimising course implementation and improving course evaluation. |
