physical education curriculum system of the school is difficult to meet the growth needs of the students of the school,and it is difficult to achieve the efficient use of school teacher resources,and it is difficult to achieve the original intention of "creating the largest development space for each teacher and student".In this context,physical education The course of exploring the class organization of class teaching came into being.As a new teaching organization form,the physical education class teaching system has been applied to physical education in some elementary and middle schools in China.The 2003 curriculum standard states that the organization and selection of school curriculum content must be "selective".The fundamental implementationprinciple provides policy guidance and guarantee for the implementation of class-based teaching in our primary and secondary schools.The physical education class system takes students' hobbies as the starting point,and allows them to independently choose the sports they are interested in under the guidance of the teacher.At the same time,the physical education teacher also develops the sports curriculum that he is good at,which greatly enhances the physical education classroom In the end,a new teaching class is formed according to the courses offered by the teacher and the courses selected by the students.This is more conducive for students to find sports programs that suit their interests and to learn,and to master related sports skills,so that students' advantages can be obtained.Further improvement and continuous highlighting not only provide students with a relatively high-quality learning platform,but also create a high-quality teaching environment for physical education teachers to give full play to their professional strengths.This research mainly focuses on the practical exploration of the teaching organization of the physical education class in Bazhong Mianshi Foreign Language School in Sichuan Province.It adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,case study method,and experimental method.It aims to explore the background,operating mechanism,implementation method,results research,strengths and weaknesses of the school's physical education classroom teaching practice.Analysis and prospects,and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current physical education class teaching organization form,find out the reasons,and provide reference experience for the healthy development of physical education class teaching organization form.In order to confirm the effect of the organizational structure of the physical education class,the author conducted a one-semester teaching experiment at Bazhong Mianshi Foreign Language School in Sichuan Province.In this experiment,first-year students are selected as experimental subjects,and track and field classes and cheerleading classes are selected as cases for research.Control data is determined based on pretest data.The author learned about the current status and existing problems of physical education and learning through literature research and interviews,and carried out experimental research based on the actual design of the experimental process of the school.After sorting and analyzing thepost-test data,the results show that there is a significant difference in the sports professional level of the two classes after the experiment,the corresponding professional scores have made greater progress,have stronger autonomous learning ability,and the students participate in professional classroom activities His enthusiasm and interest have increased.Therefore,based on theoretical guidance and experimental verification,this study draws the following conclusions: the physical education class teaching method can not only stimulate students 'interest in physical education courses,improve students' motor skills,but also promote new curriculum reform standards and physical education.The integration of classroom teaching enhances the fun and effectiveness of the classroom,and provides reference data for creating an efficient form of physical education,so as to achieve the goal of improving students' physical fitness,sports interest and sports skills,and then improving the school-based curriculum.
