| The rapid development of "Internet +" technology has given birth to digital education technology, and the integration of online and offline teaching has emerged at the right moment. The teaching methods are constantly optimized and reformed to adapt to the development of modern education informatization. The teaching model combining SPOC and flipped classroom has attracted more and more college workers’ attention. This study takes the flipped classroom teaching design of volleyball general course for physical education major based on SPOC as the research object.70 sophomore students majoring in physical education in Nanjing University of Physical Education are selected as the experimental objects in the teaching experiment. The research methods include literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics. The purpose is to explore the flipped classroom teaching design based on SPOC,and further analyze the implementation effect of the flipped classroom teaching design based on SPOC in the volleyball general course of physical education major through teaching experiments,as well as the differences between the flipped classroom teaching design and traditional classroom teaching design in improving students’ interest in volleyball learning, cultivating students’ cooperative exploration ability and autonomous learning ability. It not only provides reference for the volleyball teaching reform of physical education major, but also provides ideas for the informatization reform of colleges and universities. The study conclusions are summarized as follows:1.There is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in terms of physical fitness before and after the experiment in the items of "high running touch" and "half meter movement",and the special quality of "badminton long throwing" has been improved significantly, and there is no significant difference between the two classes in the three volleyball special qualities after the experiment.2.After the experiment, the volleyball theory scores of students in the experimental class are significantly higher than those of students in the control class. The flipped classroom teaching design based on SPOC is more effective than the traditional classroom teaching design in improving students’ mastery of volleyball theory knowledge.3.After the experiment, there was no significant difference between the students of the two classes in passing and serving standards, but there were significant differences in cushioning standards, passing skills evaluation, cushioning evaluation and serving evaluation.Compared with the traditional volleyball teaching design, the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching design has a better effect on students’ understanding of volleyball techniques and tactics and the standardization of movements.4.The flipped classroom teaching design based on SPOC has more significant effects on improving students’ interest in volleyball learning, cooperative exploration ability and independent learning ability.5.Students like the flipped classroom teaching design based on SPOC,and believe that this teaching design not only helps to promote the understanding of volleyball knowledge, increase the interaction and communication between teachers and students in the course learning process, but also helps to create a good volleyball classroom learning atmosphere and improve the efficiency of volleyball learning. They are willing to continue using this teaching design for learning. And willing to use this teaching design to study other courses.Combined with the conclusion, the following suggestions are put forward:1.Teachers are encouraged to apply the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching design.2.Strengthen the information literacy of physical education teachers to promote SPOC for high-level teaching.3.Activated SPOC course resources to meet students’ personalized needs.4.Enhance the interaction between SPOC platform and offline classroom and improve the learning effectiveness.5.Increase the support to improve the hardware and software teaching environment. |
