Innovative online media technology has spawned digital education technology.At present,college education in the world is experiencing a digital,networked,intelligent and globalized teaching revolution.After the concept of flipping classroom emerges,it has gradually become the focus of education..In the development of the integration of the MOOC and the flipping classroom,the combination of “SPOC+Flip Classroom” has attracted the attention of college educators.In this study,the teaching design of the volleyball class in the volleyball class based on SPOC is taken as the research object.The 55 students of the physical education major of Beijing Sport University are the experimental subjects,using the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the teaching experiment method.Research methods such as classroom observation method and mathematical statistics method aim to explore the teaching design of the volleyball class in the volleyball class based on SPOC,which not only provides a reference teaching method for the practice teaching of the volleyball class in the physical education college.It also provides ideas for the development and design of SPOC curriculum resources for educators in sports colleges.The study draws the following conclusions:1.After 15 weeks of teaching experiments,this study constructs a teaching design based on SPOC-based volleyball class in the volleyball class,including pre-teaching analysis,teaching resource design,teaching environment design,teaching activity design,and teaching evaluation design.Three teaching sessions before class,during class,and after class.2.SPOC-based volleyball class flip classroom teaching design not only helps to improve students' volleyball technical normative and volleyball theoretical knowledge level,but also helps students improve their tactical learning and technicallearning effects with certain difficulty.3.The teaching design of the volleyball class in the volleyball class based on SPOC has a positive influence on the students' attitude towards learning.The teaching design of the volleyball class in the volleyball class based on SPOC is more conducive to the improvement of students' learning than the traditional physical education design.Motivation and learning process,but in the learning outcomes and learning environment,there is no difference between the two teaching designs.4.Students are satisfied with the evaluation of the teaching design of the SPOC-based volleyball class,and the recognition of the teaching resources of the online platform and volleyball SPOC course is high.At the same time,the students think that the SPOC-based volleyball class flips the classroom teaching design to the classroom learning atmosphere.,learning efficiency,learning ability training has a positive effect.
