It is an innovative challenge and attempt to apply SPOC flipped classroom pedagogy to physical(technology class)education.With the development of physical education career and teaching methods,sports technological lessons are endowed with the time requirement of informationized education,goal orientation of policy formulation,need disposition of cultivate goal,and new standard,method and situation of discipline transformation,which will bring new challenges and opportunities to sports technological teaching.As the foundation of talent cultivation in higher normal colleges' sports institute,sports technological lessons also play an indispensable role in building all-round new talents and promoting the development of sports undertakings.Combining the SPOC flipped classroom pedagogy with the traditional teaching mode,which applies to the tennis teaching process of higher normal colleges' sports institute,aims to give full play to its advantages in technical teaching,improve the teaching quality of sports technical class,build an efficient teaching service platform model and effectively improve the basic technical level and other comprehensive qualities of students in physical education institutions,which provides an effective way for the improvement of teaching reform and development in the sports colleges.This dissertation includes the following research steps: with the help of existing teaching achievements and consulting relevant literatures,the author of this paper designs and constructs the experimental framework of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode in tennis technology course,teaching experiment concrete implementation plan and observation content,and also uses the control group's pre and post test outcome to design experiment,which chooses SPOC flipped classroom teaching model as the research object of the experiment and selects the students of social physical education in the college of physical education of Shanxi Normal University as subjects for teaching experiment.In this paper,the independent sample t test chi-square test was carried out by mathematical statistics,and with the help of the design evaluation index,the application of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of tennis technology course was investigated to provide the relevantbasis for this experiment.The research findings show:(1)The teaching mode of SPOC flipped classroom is more conducive to the improvement of the learning effect of tennis technology courses than the existing teaching mode;(2)Applying SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode,students' physical quality test index was improved,and students' learning interest and attitude were better than those of students who did not apply,which shows that this pedagogy plays an important role in promoting the language expression ability and other comprehensive qualities;(3)The application of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode makes the teaching and teaching contents of the technology class be optimized,and the development of tennis teaching activities is more scientific and reasonable;(4)The online and offline teaching constructed by SPOC flipped classroom teaching model has enriched the resources of online teaching platform to some extent and optimized the practice teaching activities.
