Physical education high school examination is an examination system which is put forward by the state education department aiming at the physical education and health management of junior high school students and incorporated into the total score of junior high school academic examination.The physical education teaching of junior middle school is greatly affected by the physical education examination.Male and female separate class teaching breaks class boundaries,according to the gender of the students,the use of corresponding teaching methods,the implementation of targeted teaching organization form and content,Meet the different needs of students,achieve "gender teaching",and then improve the classroom teaching effect,improve the physical education examination results.Research methods such as literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are adopted.This paper focuses on the reform,experimental research and reform strategies of male and female class-based teaching in Junior three of Nanjing Zhongying Middle School.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 14 weeks of experiment,there was no difference in the scores of "3-minute rope jump","50-meter run","standing long jump","solid ball throwing" and "pull-up" in the male experimental group of Zhongying Middle School,but there was difference in "1000-meter run".There was no difference in the results of "3-minute rope skipping","800-meter running","50-meter running","standing long jump" and "throwing solid ball" in the female experimental group,while there was difference in "sit-ups".(2)Nanjing Zhongying Middle School found before and after the experiment that girls in the experimental group had differences in "sit-ups",girls in the control group had differences in "800m run" and "sit-ups",but there was no difference in other events.The experimental group of boys "1000m run" performance is different,the control group of boys in all items are not different.(3)Under the background of physical education high school examination,male and female class teaching in the third grade should be reformed and promoted in the organizational form,teaching management,examination system,evaluation mechanism and other aspects,strengthen the organization and management of physical education classroom teaching,implement the main responsibility of physical education reform,continue to optimize the organizational form of physical education,improve the effectiveness of male and female class teaching,and pass the national student physical health test system.Arouse students’ interest and motivation to exercise,perfect and perfect the PE teaching effect of multiple evaluation mechanism and quality monitoring system.
