The outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020 has had a huge impact on China’s education industry,in order to control the epidemic and meet the needs of normal teaching,in response to the Ministry of Education’s call for the "non-stop learning" policy,online teaching was carried out.This study investigates the current situation of online physical education teaching during the epidemic,which can provide reference for the effective development of physical education in health emergencies.In this regard,this study uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods.Taking the current situation of online physical education teaching in five junior high schools in Huai’an District of Huai’an City during the epidemic as the research object,combined with the questionnaire survey of teachers and students,the problems existing in the process of online teaching of physical education were explored,and corresponding strategies were proposed for the problems,in order to provide reference for the normal development of physical education in junior high schools in Huai’an District,Huai’an City,aiming to provide reference for the development of online teaching of physical education.Studies have shown that teachers "teach" in physical education online teaching: teachers have backward concepts and lack of information literacy;insufficient hardware and software facilities and curriculum resources;insufficient interaction between teachers and students in online teaching;Difficulties in controlling online teaching classrooms;Lack of evaluation of teachers’ online courses and insufficient feedback on teaching.Student "learning" exists: students’ initiative in online learning is insufficient;weak self-control ability;There are safety hazards in teaching;Teaching equipment,environment,parental behavior influence,etc.In order to solve these problems,the following optimization approaches are proposed: Changing Teachers’ teaching concept,improving information literacy,improving online teaching software and hardware equipment,environment and enriching online teaching resources;To strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,to monitor the classroom effectively,to pay attention to after-class evaluation and feedback,to improve students’ learning initiative,and to cultivate the quality of will.Physical Education on-line teaching in the future can be applied to: the application of Online + offline mixed teaching;Reasonable application of online teaching resources in pre-class,in-class learning,after-class review;application of sports training and other technical requirements of teaching to improve skills and tactics;sharing of online teaching quality resources,to meet the needs of growth and development.
