Under the influence of the COVID-19,in order to cooperate with the national anti epidemic policy,prevent the spread of the epidemic and protect the health of teachers and students,the school temporarily suspended offline teaching.At the same time,in response to the call of the Ministry of education to "Stop class,but don’t stop learning" and ensure the academic progress of primary school students,the school launched online education based on the Internet platform,so that the main position of teachers’ teaching changed from offline to online.Compared with the online teaching of English,mathematics and other disciplines that have mature teaching methods and can learn more experience,the online teaching of physical education courses is still in the initial stage of development.In order to meet the needs of ensuring teaching quality under the background of epidemic prevention and control,and at the same time grasp the development trend of integration of offline and online education in the future,and further help the breakthrough of physical education teaching development,this paper combines relevant theories,takes teachers and students in some primary schools in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province as the research objects,conducts questionnaires,interviews with teachers,and collects data,and finds out the problems of online education of primary school physical education courses at present,including inaccurate positioning of teaching concepts,lack of teaching resources,imperfect condition guarantee,unscientific evaluation and feedback mechanism,etc.After SWOT analysis of online physical education teaching and finding out the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures: teachers should change their teaching concepts,find the direction of teaching transformation in the new curriculum standard and highlight the value function of online teaching;At the same time,adjust the teaching content,innovate the teaching design scheme,and stimulate students’ interest in physical education;It is also necessary to optimize online physical education resources and strengthen the construction of online platforms;Finally,by improving the evaluation and feedback mechanism of online teaching,we focus on the teaching effect.
