A Case Study Of Social Workers' Involvement In The Growing Dilemma Of College Students' Defacto Orphans

Due to the particularity of their own identity,the college students' de facto orphans have long been in the blind area supported by the national policy.Some college students' de facto orphans are those who have been de facto orphans since their childhood,and some are those who have been de facto orphans because of special events during their growing up.College life is a critical period for the physical and mental development of college students' de facto orphans.The degree of their education and their future development have attracted increasing attention from all walks of life.The growth of college students' factual orphans during the university period has a direct impact on the formation of sound psychology and future development,but also on the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Paying attention to and analyzing the growing predicament of the college students' de facto orphans,a special group,in their actual study and life,whether we can properly help to solve the many growth problems faced by college students' de facto orphans is also directly related to their personal development in an all-round way,school and social harmonious development and other important aspects.Through the understanding of the college students' factual orphans in the previous work,this paper selects the typical college students' factual orphans for the case study,and through the professional intervention of the case social work,based on the collected information and the psychological and social background of the case owner,and supported by the theory of psychological development,the theory of ecosystem and the theory of social support,the psychosocial treatment model,the rational emotion management model and the crisis intervention model are selected to guide the intervention process,using the methods of literature analysis,participant observation,interview and case study,the intervention plan was drawn up aiming at identifying the potential problems of the case owner,the problems of interpersonal communication,social cognitive problems and moral concepts have been improved to a certain extent,and the current difficulties such as physical and mental impairment,lack of social support,and deviation in employment and employment concept have been substantially solved,in view of the growing plight of college students' de facto orphans,it calls for social workers to improve their service level,establish a complete work system,and provide substantial help for de facto orphans;Social organizations should strengthen the function of self-hematopoiesis,play their own role and activelycultivate new social organizations;colleges and universities should strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' groups of de facto orphans;and the government should strengthen macro-adjustment,increase Fund support,take the lead to broaden the field of intervention,with a view to better committed to the professional development of China's social work and social welfare cause.
