| Double-teacher classroom is an innovative application of educational information,which can effectively support the development of quality education in remote mountainous areas.Through literature research and teaching a line of research both at home and abroad,and found that based on double classroom teaching interaction strategies,there are few research and double classroom teaching interaction exist interactive way tend to be the main body of a single,interactive tend to be fixed,lack of emotional communication is more,teachers with weak awareness and teaching assistants interaction restricted by the network environment and so on five big problems.Based on the comprehensive application of theories of educational technology and teaching interaction,and on the basis of clarifying the current situation of teaching interaction in dual-teacher classroom,this paper designs and implements five strategies of teaching interaction based on dual-teacher classroom: Various strategies of interactive activities were designed,strategies of taking into account bilateral students,strategies of organizing bilateral students to participate in competition,strategies of coordinating lesson preparation between principal and auxiliary teachers,strategies of communication and reflection,strategies of upgrading network technology environment,and the above interactive strategies were tried out in actual teaching,and the interactive strategies were improved,and the teaching interactive strategies based on dual-teacher classroom were refined.In the research,the above strategies were applied to teaching,and nearly two months of practice was carried out to verify the effect of interactive teaching strategies based on dual-teacher classroom on the effectiveness of art classroom teaching for primary school students.Interview survey,classroom observation and other methods are used to verify the implementation effect of interactive teaching strategy based on dual-teacher classroom in primary school art classroom.The interactive strategy is optimized and put into practice.After practice,the following conclusions are drawn: the responsibility consciousness of the primary and secondary teachers is clear,and the tacit cooperation degree is improved;The frequency of interaction between the lecturers and bilateral students increased;Exchanges and interactions between students from both sides have increased.In this paper,through reflection on the practice links and conclusions of the research,five strategies of interaction based on dual-teacher classroom are extracted: Strategy 1,organizing activity strategy is to design various and effective interaction activities according to the learning situation and increase the interaction frequency;Strategy 2: Give consideration to bilateral strategies to provide equal opportunities for bilateral students to participate;Strategy three,the competition strategy includes organizing bilateral students to participate in the competition of mutual assessment in the form of group or individual;Strategy 4:Collaborative division of labor Strategy Main and auxiliary teachers cooperate in teaching and research,clear responsibilities,timely communication,assist teachers in real-time classroom management,timely feedback problems.Strategy 5: Provide network technical support,including improving the necessary network environment technology and technical personnel support for dual-teacher classroom. |
