To run a good ideological and political course,we must first adhere to the party’s educational policy,to train what people,how to train people,for whom to train people this fundamental problem solved.With the reform of ideological and political curriculum,the active subject curriculum with discipline core accomplishment as the leading has answered the fundamental question of who to train and how to train people.Topic teaching,as the main way of activity-based curriculum,highlights its necessity under the background of new curriculum reform.Topic teaching design can unify the time and knowledge of ideological and political lessons,adhere to the unity of theory and practice,and improve the subject core literacy in teaching activities.Therefore,based on the ideological and political lessons subject core quality to explore the topic teaching design,will inject new vitality for the ideological and political lessons,promote the new curriculum reform and the development of teaching subjects.This paper only consists of the following four parts.The first part is the introduction,which leads to the research theme by discussing the research background and significance,analyzing the research status,research methods and research ideas.At the same time,the related concepts of topic teaching,topic teaching design,core literacy and subject core literacy are defined.The second part studies the necessity of topic teaching design based on the cultivation of ideological and political discipline core literacy.Topic teaching design is the only way to realize the development of teaching subject,but also an effective method to promote the development of classroom teaching.The third part analyzes the status quo and attribution of the issue-based teaching design based on the cultivation of core literacy of ideological and political subjects by issuing questionnaires and interviewing.It is mainly attributed from the following three aspects: high requirements for teachers’ concept,ability and accomplishment,high demands for students’ cognition,attitude and interest,and high demands for their own theory,environment and benefit.The fourth part,based on the research of the problem attribution in the topic teaching design,explores the optimization strategy of the topic teaching design based on the cultivation of the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines from the four aspects of teaching objective design,teaching topic design,teaching activity design and teaching evaluation design.Based on the value orientation of the core quality of the subject,optimization of the design of teaching objectives;To coordinate the ideological and political discipline system of senior high schools and optimize the design of teaching topics;Strengthen the characteristics of ideological and political courses,optimize the design of topic teaching activities;Pay attention to the overall development of high school students,optimize the design of topic teaching evaluation.
