Ideological and political courses are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of fostering and cultivating students.The issue-based teaching of high school ideological and political courses is to adapt to the requirements of educating people in the new era,and it reflects the country's guidelines for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses.Keeping upright and innovating can better guide teaching practice activities,and also help students establish correct ideals and beliefs,enhance their political identity,and lay a foundation for the development of high school students.Based on the reform requirements of the times for classroom teaching and the current situation of ideological and political classroom teaching in local rural high schools,this research sorts out the development process and practical basis of issue-based teaching,so as to provide systematic practical support for the application of issue-based teaching in ideological and political class teaching in high schools.In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization level,the quality of rural high school students is not high.In the process of high school learning ideological and political courses,students are more and more difficult to learn,gradually lose their interest in learning,and their grades are more and more unsatisfactory,and the teaching resuit is not so good.The author carries on the case investigation analysis to the rural middle school of southern Shaanxi.On the one hand,from the material conditions,rural high schools are limited by geographical and environmental conditions,and their resources are relatively limited.On the other hand,from teachers' teaching observation,Front-line teachers have less opportunities to go out for training,learning and communication.less contact with issue-based teaching,and only superficial understanding.How to effectively carry out the discussion in rural high school ideological and political classroom and effectively change the teaching effect is the key issue of this research.This study hopes to solve this problem and provide reference for teachers of ideological and political courses in rural high schools.This paper mainiy uses questionnaire,interview way to understand issues of teaching among rural high school students,and the influence on the rural education courses teachers' understanding of the subject teaching and implementation,through professional software of SPSS analysis of rural high school issue-based teaching results,thereby feasibility of implementing inspection issue-based teaching in the rural areas and the difference and effectiveness,Based on the research analysis to design effective teaching design,the analysis issue-based teaching mode in rural high school education courses,the application of the present situation,combing the characteristics of the teaching and implementation of rural issues inevitability,find out the problems existing in the teaching of issue-based and the reasons,and proposes the issues on rural high school education courses teaching strategy.Finally,the paper analyzes the improvement measures of issue-based teaching in rural high schools with specific example of Issue-based teaching.
