The advent of the intelligent era poses new challenges to teachers.Normal students,as the main force of future teachers,must actively adapt to the new requirements of the era and should have intelligent education literacy corresponding to the intelligent era.However,at present,the research on normal students’ intelligent literacy is not mature enough,there are deviations in the understanding of the concept of normal students’ intelligent educational literacy,the research on the composition of normal students’ intelligent educational literacy is not systematic,and the training of normal students’ intelligent literacy is not enough.Therefore,it is necessary to make a systematic theoretical analysis of normal students’ intelligent education literacy,which can not only make normal students clear their own literacy requirements and composition,so as to promote the all-round development of normal students,but also provide practical reference for normal colleges to Cultivate Normal Students’ comprehensive literacy.Firstly,this study uses the literature research method to sort out the research status at home and abroad,and finds the deficiency of the research on normal students’ intelligent education literacy.Clarify the related concepts of intelligent education literacy,and define intelligent education literacy as an internal quality that educators should have in the context of the intelligent era.This quality is the upgrading and expansion of data literacy and digital literacy.Then,based on the literature review,the constituent elements of normal students’ intelligent education literacy are preliminarily separated out,and the constituent elements are revised through two rounds of expert consultation.Finally,the constituent elements of normal students’ intelligent education literacy are determined,and the relationship between the constituent elements is deeply analyzed.Third,build the theoretical model of normal students’ intellectual education literacy(3415 model),including three levels(consciousness and attitude level,knowledge thinking level and implementation level),and four core elements(basic knowledge,comprehensive thinking,practical ability and Ethics),15 specific elements(factual knowledge,principle knowledge,skill knowledge,data thinking,computational thinking,educational thinking,intelligent thinking,linkage thinking,reflective thinking,design,action,demonstration,guidance,moral awareness and value recognition).The elements influence and interact with each other,and there are two progressive relationships in the model: the core elements have the sequential progressive relationship between ethics and morality comprehensive thinking and basic knowledge practical power,and the model level has the hierarchical progressive relationship between consciousness and attitude level,knowledge and thinking level and execution level.Finally,starting from the three dimensions of the state,normal universities and normal students themselves,combined with the actual situation,this paper refines four strategies to improve normal students’ intelligent education literacy: research and formulate the training standards of intelligent education literacy;create the intelligent teaching environment;build the intelligent curriculum system and strengthen curriculum practice;establish the concept of lifelong learning and participate in intelligent education practice.
