| School physical education is a basic project to realize the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people".According to the document "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework burden and Off-campus Training Burden of students in compulsory education Stage" issued by the Ministry of Education,after-school services are mentioned,and schools are encouraged to carry out various interest classes to meet the development needs of students.School physical education also gets more attention accordingly,students’ development needs are not only satisfied with physical education,but extended to after-school sports services.In recent years,100% of schools have actively responded to national policies to carry out after-school services.As a component of after-school services,sports after-school services are a livelihood project for parents and students,and the quality of implementation determines the development level of schools.This study mainly discusses how to develop after-school physical education services in view of the "three-thirty" phenomenon in primary schools,primary school students’ physical health and other problems.Centering on five approaches of government,schools,teachers,students and parents,this study investigates the status quo of after-school physical education services,raises questions,finds problems and solves problems,so as to improve the quality of after-school physical education services.To reduce the academic burden of students can achieve physical exercise and cultivate good sports interest,on the basis of interest to sublimate into aspirations,improve the physical and mental health of young children.This paper uses the method of literature to carry on the theoretical research to the PE after-school service,which provides the theoretical basis for the practical operation of this paper.Moreover,through the method of expert interview,questionnaire survey and field investigation,the actual situation of students’ and teachers’ participation in the after-school sports service was learned,and parents’ views and understanding of the after-school sports service were obtained.At the same time,mathematical statistics were used to analyze the research on the after-school sports service in schools.Primary schools in Hefei City,Ma ’anshan City and Fuyang City are mainly taken as survey objects.Questionnaire survey,literature and interview methods are used to investigate the status quo of after-school physical education services of 10 primary schools in urban areas of the three cities under the background of "double reduction".The research results are as follows:(1)Students’ participation in after-school sports services lacks subjectivity;Due to the limitation of school facilities,many projects cannot be carried out,and the registration time and number of participants are limited.As a result,students cannot choose the ones they want and are not interested in the ones they can choose,which is not conducive to the development of students’ personality.(2)Local governments provide subsidies to teachers who participate in after-school services to encourage their guidance.Teachers in all schools also actively participate in after-school services of physical education.However,physical education teachers have not made clear the difference between after-school services of physical education and physical education,and the school has not made clear the working hours of teachers and the workload of reasonable planning.As a result,it is difficult for P.E teachers to balance their energy in guiding PE after-school service with PE class.(3)The school is not enough to implement after-school sports services,carry out the intensity and degree of attention is not enough,due to insufficient venues and equipment facilities,many sports projects cannot be carried out,the school-based sports curriculum has not been built,and the characteristic project service has not been really implemented.(4)It is difficult for parents to get rid of the concept of traditional education,lack of cognition of physical education,low support,unclear division of labor and low coordination among school teachers.(5)The research found that 100% of schools abide by the guidelines and actively carry out after-school services,and 90% of primary schools have carried out after-school services for physical education.According to the survey results,the documents issued by the government are relatively macro,only guiding the overall direction of after-school services for physical education,without specific operational guidelines,leading to idealized policies and measures of governments at all levels.It is difficult to implement in practice.(6)From the perspective of the way to carry out the after-school physical education service in primary schools,there are great limitations in the cognition of participants,which reflects the insufficient publicity channels and degree of after-school physical education service.91.8% of teachers believe that the construction of curriculum resources and the content of after-school physical education service are unscientific,lack of funds,incomplete infrastructure,and supply is less than demand.The implementation of the curriculum cannot be satisfied,the participation of social forces is low,the work of relevant departments at all levels tends to be idealistic,and there is no clear responsibility system between parents and schools,leading to a low degree of cooperation.According to the analysis of the above problems,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Enrich after-school sports content,set up flexible service hours,expand venue supply,and participate in projects fairly and reasonably from the perspective of students’ personality and all-round development.(2)Scientific planning of teachers’ work content and reasonable construction of load reduction system,and actively encouraging teachers to participate in after-school sports service work.(3)The school establishes and improves the working mechanism of after-school sports services,implements various measures,and actively carries out after-school sports services.(4)Increase publicity means to promote home-school alliance;Change parents’ ideas,set up parents’ feedback channels,timely communication.(5)To carry out the effective connection between the work of education departments at all levels,all departments of government schools should carry out regular work reports and corresponding work guidance,realize the unification of theory and practice,and promote the effective development of after-school sports services in schools. |
