| In the context of the continuous reform and development of compulsory education,the issue of "burden reduction" is attracting more and more attention from all walks of life.Our country is also in a continuous process of implementing policy documents according to social demand and actual situation in schools.In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction")on the basis of more than a dozen policies issued by the government to rectify the problem of "Reducing the burden" of students in Compulsory Education.By standardizing after-school services and off-campus training,we will make an important deployment for "reducing the burden".As one of the important contents of after-school service,after-school sports service plays an important role in enriching students’ campus life,enhancing students’ physical fitness and cultivating students’ lifelong sports consciousness.This paper takes the "double reduction" policy as the starting point,based on after-school sports services,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,field investigation and interview to select 11 primary schools in Wenjiang District of Chengdu as the research objects,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview on some students,teachers and school leaders of 11 schools.This paper analyzes the current situation of after-school sports services in Wenjiang District of Chengdu under the background of "double reduction",explores the existing problems in the development of after-school sports services,and puts forward targeted strategies to improve the quality of after-school services and achieve high-quality development of after-school sports services.The study concluded that:(1)After-school sports services lack clear and specific policies and regulations,and the boundaries of power and responsibility are blurred.The school has not developed a perfect after-school sports service and safety system,and the teachers have poor execution and weak sense of responsibility.Special policies and regulations should be formulated,leading groups should be set up for overall planning,responsibilities and powers should be clarified,and relevant departments should strengthen supervision.(2)The strength of after-school sports service teachers is weak,the number of teachers is short,the whole tends to be younger,the teaching experience is insufficient,the structure is unstable,and the mobility is not high.We should strengthen the provision and promotion of teachers,broaden the channels of diversified talents,optimize the structure of teachers,and stabilize the source of teachers.(3)Some parents and students have prejudice and concerns about after-school sports services,and cannot deeply understand the importance of after-school sports services.Schools,teachers,parents and other parties should work together to promote the healthy development of students.(4)The utilization rate of school sports venues is low,the facilities and equipment are not perfect,and there are security risks.Sports equipment fails to meet the needs of students,and the unutilization of indoor gymnasiums results in the imbalance of resource allocation.We should strengthen the capital investment,improve the relevant sites and facilities,optimize the allocation of resources,and improve the resource environment and conditions.(5)The funds available for after-school sports services are less,which leads to certain restrictions on sports venues,equipment and teacher remuneration,and the overall implementation effect of after-school sports services is unsatisfactory.In this regard,the financial department should increase the investment of funds,strive to ensure the stability of service funds,and ensure sufficient funds.(6)The types of after-school sports service projects are single,the number of projects is small,and the number of students is limited.The teaching method is not novel enough and attractive enough.In this regard,we should optimize the organizational form,improve the diversification of organizational form and teaching methods,stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm,meet individual needs,and promote all-round development. |
