Personality education focuses on the psychological quality of the educated,with the aim of promoting students to become sound and complete individuals.The concept of "perfect personality" reveals that personality education has become an important way to cultivate students to become "comprehensive" people.The Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards regards the sound personality as one of the most essential goals of cultivating students’ core literacy.It can be easily concluded that the status of personality education in physical education teaching is gradually increasing.As one of the compulsory courses for junior high school students,the speed group contains personality education content including improving students’ reaction ability and cultivating students’ good moral quality.It is an essential and useful method to develop the career of students’ personality education.Junior high school students are experiencing the key period of youth development.At this stage,students are easy to be impulsive and emotionally unstable.Their social values are in a hazy period of development.They are easily affected by the external environment,with weak self-control and insufficient decisiveness.At this stage,personality education for students is conducive to guiding students’ personality.However,there is a problem of lacking sufficient integration of personality education.Based on the above background,this article focuses on the common points of personality education in different projects of the speed group.It integrates different speed projects with "class" thinking,and analyzes the effective application of personality education in the teaching of speed group from the six aspects,which include relevant analysis,goal,content,strategy,process and evaluation of teaching design.And then take sprint project for example,integrate the sprint project and personality education and carry out experimental verification,in order to provide front-line teachers with the perspective and ideas of personality education in the teaching process of speed group.This paper uses literature method,text analysis,investigation method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,takes the junior high school speed group teaching design based on personality education as the research object,and make conversations to get the situation of students.Apart from that,it analyzes the personality educations problems existing in teaching design by using text analysis method.And it is guided by teaching design theory and implicit education theory,and take the personality education as the benchmark.Based on those theories,the junior high school speed group teaching design of integrating personality education is carried out.Then the sprint project is used as a project example to write the sprint teaching design integrated into personality education,and finally the teaching design effect is verified through the experimental method.The research results are as follows:(1)The content of junior high school speed group personality education is established.The content index of personality education of the speed group focuses on the common personality education content contained in the common characteristics of the speed group project.Through three rounds of expert surveys to form four primary indicators including self regulation,willpower,moral values,intellectual abilities,and 14 secondary indicator,29 tertiary indicators.(2)The analysis of the status quo of junior high school students’ personality development and speed group teaching design.The personality of junior high school students has problems such as poor self-control ability,weak will quality,insufficient moral concepts,and poor intellectual ability.In teaching design,teachers have some current problems,such as the lack of in-depth exploration of personality factors in textbook analysis,the lack of consistency between teaching objectives,strategies,content,processes,and evaluation design and the content of personality education in the speed group.(3)Teaching design analysis of junior high school speed group based on personality education.In this part,it focuses on the common content between different projects of the speed group and combine the content of the personality education of the speed group.Based on the problem of lacking personality education during the teaching design and related theories,it concludes the teaching analysis of the speed group after the amalgamation of personality education from the six aspects including relevant analysis,goal,content,strategy,process and evaluation of teaching design.(4)Teaching design examples of sprint projects based on personality education.In order to concretize the teaching design of the speed group based on personality education,examples of the sprint project unit and some lesson plan based on personality education are designed for the reference of front-line teachers.Through experimental verification of the teaching design effect of the sprint project after integration into personality education,the experiment confirms that the teaching design of the sprint project integrated into personality education can effectively improve students’ personality content such as self-control,will quality,moral concepts and intellectual ability.
