Personality education refers to educational activities in which educators combine the current personality status of the educated persons according to the actual situation of society and future needs,use various educational methods and means in a planned and purposeful manner,focus on the physical and mental development of the educated persons,improve the cognitive level and self-awareness of the educated persons,and promote their sound personality.At the 2018 National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "education aims to unite people’s hearts,improve personality,develop manpower,cultivate talents,and benefit the people",clearly taking "improving personality" as an important goal of education in the new era,encouraging young people to learn from an early age to become people with sound personality,especially junior high school students in an important period of formation of outlook on life and values,etc.,urgently need teachers to give guidance,among which the use of item group teaching to improve the personality of junior high school students is a new idea of physical education curriculum docking personality education The teaching of rapid strength items contains rich personality education content,which is an important carrier for junior high school students to carry out personality education.However,at present,in the teaching of rapid strength item group personality education in junior high school,teachers have shallow awareness of personality education concepts,emphasize skills,light personality,do not pay attention to the current situation of excavating the elements of teaching materials and education,and students lack a sense of responsibility,poor ability to resist pressure and frustration,and weak willpower,so the current teaching situation in junior high school is not conducive to the comprehensive development of students.This study takes the teaching design of rapid strength items in junior high school based on personality education as the research object,excavates the content of personality education of rapid strength items in junior high schools,analyzes the current situation of personality education in this group teaching,and writes teaching design according to the current situation,aiming to improve the concept of teacher education and promote the development of students’ personality in a positive direction.The research methods used in this study mainly include bibliographic method,survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistical method.Through the literature method and Delphi method,the content of personality education of rapid strength item group in junior high school was established,which provided scientific basis for the design of students’ personality questionnaire.The interview method was used to investigate and analyze the teaching of rapid strength item group personality education of physical education teachers,and the current situation of teaching design of this group personality education was understood.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate and analyze the personality of junior high school students to understand the current situation of junior high school students’ personality.Through the literature method and survey method,this paper provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the teaching design of rapid strength items in junior high school based on personality education,and provides a basis for writing the teaching design of the personality education large unit of the eighth grade track and field jumping project.The experimental method was used to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the teaching design of eighth-grade track and field jumping integrated into the personality education content of this study.Finally,mathematical statistics are used to statistically analyze the experimental data before and after teaching,and finally obtain the results.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Establish the content of junior high school rapid strength group personality education through the Delphi method,including 5 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and23 third-level indicators,and use the Kendall harmony coefficient,coefficient of variation and weight value to obtain the consistency of expert opinions at all levels of indicators,establish the content and conduct value analysis.(2)Through the survey,it was found that the existing problems in the teaching design of rapid strength item group personality education in junior high school were that physical education teachers had a shallow understanding of personality education teaching concepts;The guiding ideology of teaching is not clear about the goals of personality education;Teaching objectives emphasize the transfer of knowledge and skills,and light on personality education goals;The teaching content is solidified,and the personality education content is not deeply explored;The application of teaching methods is more conventional,and there is a lack of teaching methods to shape personality;The content and subject of teaching evaluation are relatively single.The existing personality problems of junior high school students include lack of sense of responsibility and weak self-control;poor independence,weak strain and adaptability;lack of correct self-understanding,cowardly behavior;The sense of active cooperation is not strong,and the ability to be honest and trustworthy is insufficient;Poor ability to resist stress and setbacks,weak willpower.(3)Combine the teaching design theory,implicit curriculum theory and motor skill transfer theory with the established content and the actual basis of the current situation of personality education teaching,analyze the principles,guiding ideology,academic needs,teaching objectives,teaching content system and teaching evaluation of the teaching design of the junior high school rapid strength item project based on personality education,effectively integrate the personality education content into the group teaching,and write the teaching design plan of the personality education large unit of the eighth grade track and field jumping project.(4)Through experiments,the teaching design effect of athletics jumping integrated into personality education content was verified,and the experimental data were compared and analyzed and found that after teaching through athletics jumping events,the experimental class and the control class improved the test results of personality test,physical fitness,healthy behavior,sports morality,theoretical knowledge and special skills,but the improvement in all aspects of the experimental class was larger and more significant.It shows that the teaching design of junior high school rapid strength item group consciously integrated into the content of personality education can better promote the development of students’ personality in a positive direction,effectively promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness,stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and improve students’ ability to learn theoretical knowledge and special skills.(5)Starting from the perspective of the item group,taking the rapid strength project group teaching of junior high school as the carrier,using the personality convergence of the same group project,excavating the personality education content of the group,and consciously integrating it into the teaching design,which is an effective way to connect with personality education,which makes the teaching of this group project more intuitive and effective in the way and content of education,can give full play to its educational function,and better promote the all-round development of students,thereby providing new ideas for the teaching of junior high school physical education teachers.
