Study On The Symbiotic Dilemma And Strategy Of Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training In Guangdong H Technician College

Due to the continuous transformation and upgrading of the national economy,it is necessary to cultivate more technical and skilled talents at different levels that meet job requirements.Major vocational colleges actively respond to the national call and cooperate with the government,industry,and enterprises to carry out modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.China has carried out three batches of pilot projects and accumulated valuable experience in talent cultivation.At the same time,it has also been found that modern apprenticeship talent cultivation faces significant bottlenecks.For example,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in modern apprenticeship talent cultivation is relatively weak,and schools and enterprises have not been able to evenly distribute the benefits of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.The risk of interruption in modern apprenticeship talent cultivation is high,And the information sharing and supervision feedback mechanism between schools and enterprises is not perfect.These all hinder the further development of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation,and there is an urgent need for relevant research to help vocational colleges find countermeasures and solutions.This author believes that the basic principles of Symbiosis Theory can be well combined with modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.The author first extracted the theoretical framework of symbiosis analysis and determined the conditions that need to be met to form symbiosis.Based on the four dimensional framework of symbiotic unit-symbiotic interface-symbiotic mode-symbiotic environment,questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to investigate and study the current situation and existing problems of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation at Guangdong H Technician College.By analyzing the research results,the symbiotic dilemma of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation at Guangdong H Technician College is analyzed,including defects in the symbiotic unit itself,low level of symbiotic interface,limited evolution of symbiotic modes,and poor symbiotic environment in modern apprenticeship talent cultivation.Based on the analysis of the reasons,we aim to find strategies to enhance the symbiotic status of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation at Guangdong H Technician College,including improving the symbiotic unit itself,promoting the overall coordination of symbiotic interfaces,opening up the evolutionary channels of symbiotic models,and optimizing the diverse and three-dimensional symbiotic environment.Eventually,the intention of this study is to promote the development of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation in schools and enterprises in a direction that is beneficial to both parties,and to reduce efficiency and efficiency losses in talent cultivation,and thus further promote breakthrough progress in the integrated reform of engineering and learning at the school.
