Modern apprenticeship,as an effective carrier to promote the in-depth integration of production and education and to substantially reduce the cooperation between schools and enterprises,has become the mainstream trend in the development of international vocational education.A modern apprenticeship framework with Chinese characteristics has been initially established on the basis of the localization practice of "adjusting measures to local conditions" in various regions with the gradual implementation of three rounds of modern apprenticeship trials in China since2015.As the basic stage and backbone of China’s vocational education,secondary vocational education bears the historical responsibility of training high-quality operational skilled personnel.Therefore,timely summing up and solving the problems in the construction of modern apprenticeship training mode in secondary vocational schools is one of the effective ways to break through the current dilemma of secondary vocational education personnel training and fundamentally improve the training quality of skilled personnel.Therefore,starting from the related concepts of modern apprenticeship talent training concept,this paper clarifies the core concept connotation of vocational education,secondary vocational school,modern apprenticeship,talent training mode,etc.On the basis of Situated theories and Stakeholder Theory,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and case study,combining with the three participants of enterprises,schools and students(apprentices),and through typical case studies,summarizes common experience,existing problems and reasons,aiming to further optimize the modern apprentice training mode of secondary vocational schools and better serve them through in-depth analysis In the development of regional economy,cultivate more high-quality skilled talents.First of all,the research direction and purpose of this paper are clarified through literature analysis combined with existing research results at home and abroad.Based on the accurately grasping the connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system,the constituent elements of participants and personnel training mode are analyzed.On this basis,a theoretical research model of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode in secondary vocational schools is deduced.Secondly,the current situation of the implementation of the personnel training mode in three case schools in Anhui Province have been mastered through the case study method.On the basis of case analysis,a cross-case analysis has been carried out.After that,by comparing and analyzing the common construction experiences among the cases and combining with in-depth interviews,the author makes a perspective analysis of the problems existing in the training mode of modern apprenticeship personnel,and deeply digs out the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the current situation of the modern apprenticeship training mode in secondary vocational schools in Anhui province,combined with the characteristics of regional social and economic development,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following five dimensions: clarifying target guidance of personnel training mode,constructing content support,perfecting mode guidance,strengthening the guarantees of teachers and teaching facilities,and establishing evaluation and diagnosis.
