Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Modern Apprenticeship Practice In Secondary Vocational School

At present,as the economic development,more and more personnel with highly skilled and qualified are needed in the world.Modern apprenticeship is applied by more and more countries.Chinese government has referred to the important position of the modern apprenticeship in the vocational school,Using the theory of constructivism,students should go from school to a real workplace environment,and Accumulate your own practical experience to achieve the goal of cultivating talents.So students in secondary vocational schools should be "learning by doing,doing by learning".To research the practice of modern apprenticeship,taking the two majors of Computer Application and Automobile Operation and Maintenance in the Vocational Education Center of S City as an example,the author uses the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method to investigate the current situation of modern apprenticeship.The main problems include: the students don’t themselves;the team of the teachers is not good;the teaching resources and managements are not good enough;there are many contradictions between school and enterprise cooperation.To solve the above problems,use inductive and deductive methods to analyze the causes of the problems,and propose countermeasures.Through the efforts of the government,schools,enterprises and other parties,the modern apprenticeship could be practiced better and better.So that students can truly develop to meet the needs of enterprises for talents.This article particularly emphasizes the need to start from the perspective of enterprise employment needs.Through research,the author hope to find some valuable results,to speed up the practice of modern apprenticeship in the secondary vocational schools.
