The modern apprenticeship system is an important direction for the reform of the current vocational education personnel training model.The vocational training fields of developed countries such as Germany,the United Kingdom,and Australia all implement the vocational training form of “masters with apprentices” and cultivate a large number of high-quality talents for the society.The article takes the first batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot unit S school as an example,conducts in-depth interviews and investigations on the talent training mode of the pilot profession,and finds that there is insufficient funding input for the modern apprenticeship training mode of S school,and the demand for cooperative enterprises is limited.The enthusiasm of the teachers is not high,the theoretical knowledge of the teachers is rich,the practical guidance ability is insufficient,the qualification standards of the enterprise teachers are not clear,and the problems of regular study and training are lacking.By drawing on the excellent experience at home and abroad,from the talent training mode itself and the safeguard system,etc.At the level,it proposes perfect law,innovation system,industry level,proposes to establish industry apprentice center,formulate enterprise master standard,school-enterprise level,puts emphasis on theoretical research,strengthens the suggestion strategy of "double-skilled" teacher team,and manufactures and perfects modern apprenticeship training in China The practice of the model guides the second batch,the third batch or even more modern apprenticeship pilot units in China.The paper is divided into five parts:introduction.This part gives a brief introduction to the reasons for the selection of the thesis,the definition of the core concept,the research status at home and abroad,the research significance,the research methods and the innovation points.The first chapter: the theoretical basis of the modern apprenticeship.From the perspective of new professionalism,stakeholder theory,and situational learning,the necessity and effectiveness of modern apprenticeship practice exploration are expounded.The second chapter: the connotation characteristics and basic structure of the modern apprenticeship training mode.Chapter 3: Case Studies on the Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship Practices.Taking the S-school pilot program as a case,the field research,questionnaires and interviews were used to expound the status quo of the training of pilot professionals.According to the interviews,theresults and existing problems of modern apprenticeship training were summarized.Chapter 4: Strategies and Suggestions,draw on excellent experience,and adopt corresponding strategies and suggestions for existing problems.
