| Rural primary school teachers refer to the teachers in the compulsory stage of primary schools in rural areas.The primary and secondary stage is the basic stage of every student’s learning,and it is the key period of students’ intellectual development and healthy growth.Primary school teachers play an important role in cultivating students’ healthy growth and intellectual development,and it is a meaningful and urgent task to study the leadership of primary school teachers.In order to complete this study,the author used questionnaire method,observation method and interview method to investigate the current situation an teaching leadership of rural primary school teachers.The author interviewed more than 20 primary school teachers in 8 towns and townships of S county,Henan province successively,and distributed and collected 1078 valid questionnaires through questionnaire stars,analyzed the current situation of rural primary school teachers’ teaching leadership,and provided effective reference data for how to improve primary school teachers’ teaching leadership.This research mainly includes five parts: First of all,the introduction part,describes the source of the problem,the purpose and significance of the topic research,as well as the innovation of this paper under its own advantages,the introduction part,puts forward the source of the problem to be studied and the research purpose,Meaning and innovation: the first chapter defines the three core concepts of " leadership"," teacher leadership" and "teaching leadership" on the basis of literature review,and elaborates the elements,specific characteristics and theoretical basis of teacher leadership.The second chapter,the village teacher classroom teaching leadership questionnaire design and process.The third chapter,to S county rural primary school teachers leadership status analysis,applied to the correlation,variance and regression.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of S county rural primary school teachers’ leadership,and points out the specific influencing factors including education department,school and individual factors.The fifth chapter,to improve S county rural primary school teachers’ leadership present situation puts forward the concrete promotion method,puts forward the concrete suggestion according to the question.The purpose of this paper is to reflect the current situation of teachers’ leadership,influence factors and propose countermeasures through data analysis.The results show that for rural primary school teachers,there is a huge space to improve the innovation ability,teaching execution and classroom leadership of teachers’ leadership. |
