| With the development of sports in our country,sports school students have become the focus of the society and academic circles.They won glory for the country on the field,but out of the field,they are ordinary teenagers,daily life is not only an important position for sports school management and education,but also directly related to the sports school students training status and competition results.Through practical observation,It is found that their daily life is a little monotonous,everyone is always in a subtle state of discipline,Their personality quality and enthusiasm can not be effectively developed.Therefore,the study on the daily life management of sports school students from the perspective of discipline.It has two meanings: on the one hand,It can expand the application of discipline theory,on the other hand,it can also take care of the daily life of sports school students.Besides,this is another exploration of the all-round and free development of human beings.With questions and thoughts,I began to explore the real daily life of sports school students in the field investigation,In this study,A-province women’s gymnastics team is the research object.At the same time,the study uses the methods of text study,observation and in-depth interview from the perspective of Michel Foucault’s discipline theory,this paper explores the problems and reasons behind the phenomenon of discipline and training,under the guidance of Michel Foucault’s discipline theory and daily life theory,I put forward some suggestions for daily life management of sports school students.This paper is divided into six parts,the main contents of each part are as follows:Part Ⅰ: The general introduction of research.This part includes the introduction of the paper and the first chapter,and mainly introduces the realistic background,the definition of the core concept,the research significance,the research innovation,the design and implementation of the research program.On the one hand,this paper summarizes the relevant research on the theory of discipline,students’ daily life management and sports school students,and analyzes the appropriateness of discipline theory to sports school students’ daily life management.On the other hand,this paper introduces the selection of research objects,the general situation of the field investigation site,and explain the three research methods of this article,by means of text study,observation and interview,field data were collected,field logs and observation scales were recorded,and the research data were sorted out and analyzed.Part Ⅱ: The part including the second and third chapters of the paper which are mainly shows the manifestations and causes of discipline phenomena.First of all,according to the three types of discipline: body discipline,space discipline,discourse discipline,three means:hierarchical monitoring,standardized adjudication,inspection,the field data obtained is summarized,which are fully present the discipline phenomenon in the daily life management of sports school students.Secondly,according to the discipline theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the emergence and development of discipline and training from four aspects: the individual reasons,the reason of sports school administrators,unprofessional management behavior,the one-dimensional training model.This paper discusses the internal influence of sports school students themselves,coaches,daily life management and talent training model on the growth of sports school students.Part Ⅲ: This paper discusses the limitation of discipline in the daily life management of sports school students.By summing up the characteristics of excessive discipline,analyzing the value and significance of discipline,the author puts forward the viewpoint of moderate discipline.In addition,through the self-description of retired sports school students,this paper analyzes the adverse effects of sports school discipline life on individual’s growth,in this way,the view of the discipline limit has been verified.Part Ⅳ: This part Including the fifth and sixth chapters of the paper which propose the improvement strategy,draw the research conclusion,carry on the research introspection and the forecast.Firstly,from the aspects of changing the management concept,paying attention to the all-round growth of sports school students,and reconstructing the daily life order of sports school students,this paper puts forward the elimination path of discipline in the daily life management of sports school students,make daily life management out of the“Hidden”corner which will improve the quality of daily life sports school students.Secondly,it draws the conclusion that there are multi-dimensional and multi-level discipline phenomenon in the daily life management of sports school students,this is mainly caused by the silence and compromise of individual sports school students,the training habits of managers and the pursuit of efficiency,the restriction of the one-way training mode of sports schools,we should control the training to a reasonable limit from the aspects of people’s real needs,the harmonious development of body and mind and the complexity of growth,so as to be beneficial to the cultivate and development of sports reserve talents in our country.At last,the author rethinks the research from the aspects of research ethics,field data collection and acquisition,and looks forward to the future of the research on the daily life management of sports school students. |
