The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out: "To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way,we must adhere to the path of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics,enhance cultural self-confidence,build a socialist cultural power around raising the banner,gathering the hearts of the people,educating new people,revitalizing culture,and displaying images,develop a national,scientific,and popular socialist culture oriented to modernization,the world and the future,stimulate the vitality of cultural innovation and creativity of the whole nation,and enhance the spiritual power to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." "Post-00s" college students,as an important youth force to practice the20 major ideas and a preparatory force for building a better China,ideological and political education is very important.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era and Chinese cultural innovation enters a new journey,the discourse of ideological and political education in colleges and universities should also be more in line with the characteristics of the times and the ideological characteristics of ”the generation after 00s” college students.This research consists of five parts,the first part is an introduction,which aims to clarify the macro background of the innovation of ideological and political education discourse in China.This part has four subsections,which respectively explain the background,significance,current situation,and methods of the research on the innovation of ideological and political education discourse for ”the generation after 00s” college students,as well as the innovation points and shortcomings of this research.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis of ideological and political education discourse,aiming to clarify the core key and theoretical support of this study.This part consists of two sections,focusing on clarifying the related concepts of ideological and political education discourse and expounding many theories of ideological and political education discourse in detail.The third part is the necessity and principles of discourse innovation of ideological and political education for post-00 college students,aiming to clarify the important role and fundamental basis of discourse innovation of ideological and political education for post-00 college students.There are three sections in this part.Firstly,the characteristics of "post-00" college students are clarified,and the characteristics of "post-00" college students are highlighted.Secondly,This paper specifically discusses that the discourse innovation of ideological and political education for post-00 college students is the inevitable requirement of the party’s overall leadership of ideological and political education for post-00 college students,the necessary need to improve the quality of ideological and political education for post-00 college students,and the key link to realize the accurate supply of spiritual needs for post-00 college students.The discourse innovation of ideological and political education for post-00 college students must abide by the combination of theory and practice,the equal emphasis on innovation and inheritance.The four parts are the reality and problems of ideological and political education discourse innovation of post-00 college students,aiming to analyze the gains and losses of ideological and political education discourse innovation of post-00 college students in China at this stage.There are two sections in this part.Firstly,it expounds the development trend of globalization and the opportunities created by diversified network environment for the ideological and political education discourse innovation of post-00 college students,and then summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and political education discourse innovation of post-00 college students,such as the need to strengthen the epochal and pertinence of ideological and political education discourse content,the lack of style affinity and appeal of ideological and political education discourse,the need to improve the diversity and recognition of ideological and political education discourse methods,and the need to improve the practicality and novelty of ideological and political education discourse carriers,and briefly analyzes the reasons for the above problems.The fifth part is the innovation path of ideological and political education discourse of ”the generation after 00s” college students,which aims to synthesize all the contents of this research and combine multidisciplinary knowledge to provide an effective program for the development of ”the generation after 00s”" college students’ ideological and political education discourse innovation.This part has four subsections,which provide ways and methods to improve the innovation of ideological and political education discourse in colleges and universities in the current era from the four aspects of the content,style,method and carrier of ideological and political education discourse of college students after"00".General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "we must make full use of rich historical and cultural resources,closely link the struggle process of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people,deeply understand the inner truth of the Sinicization of Marxism,and deeply understand why history and the people chose the Communist Party of China and socialism." Therefore,for the ”the generation after 00s” college students’ ideological and political education discourse innovation,colleges and universities and ideological and political education must improve their own standing,closely integrate current affairs,and tell Chinese stories well while innovating discourse,only in this way can we build a discourse system suitable for the ideological and political education of contemporary”the generation after 00s” college students,and deepen the influence and scope of ideological and political education.
