| With the continuous improvement of people’s attention to education and the policy support of the state for private secondary vocational education,private secondary vocational education has gradually become an important technical talent support force for the current social and economic development,and has begun to evolve into a necessary supplement to traditional higher education institutions.This educational background provides an opportunity for the development of private secondary vocational colleges.With the emergence of various types of private secondary vocational colleges,they have to face enormous challenges and competitive pressures.Promoting the construction of the teaching staff and comprehensively improving the comprehensive ability and quality of the teaching staff has become an important factor to measure the high-level development of private secondary vocational colleges.However,from the perspective of the development practice of private secondary vocational colleges,the management ability of most private secondary vocational colleges in China is relatively insufficient,and the problems of low satisfaction and inconsistency between the teacher’s personal goal with the school development goal,but also seriously restrict the development of private secondary vocational colleges.Therefore,the selection of this topic is based on the social reality,aiming to solve the problem of optimizing the performance of teachers in private secondary vocational colleges to a certain extent through analysis and research,and improve the management ability of teachers,so as to promote the healthy development of private secondary vocational colleges.The thesis chooses the teacher performance appraisal system of HY private school as the research object,based on the relevant theories of teacher performance appraisal,as well as the achievements and experiences of teacher performance appraisal at home and abroad;Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire survey and case analysis,some data and information obtained from the satisfaction survey and interview of teachers’ performance evaluation are sorted out and summarized.On this basis,the current situation and problems of teachers’ performance evaluation in HY private school are clarified,such as the deviation of teachers’ performance evaluation concept and the lack of rationality of evaluation results.The main causes of related problems are analyzed from the aspects of evaluation understanding and evaluation indicators;Finally,combined with the results of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward effective solutions to the problems: HY private school should pay more attention to teacher performance assessment,explore a teacher performance assessment system that is more in line with its development characteristics,and complete the optimization design of HY private school’s performance assessment system,so as to provide a reliable theoretical reference for the development of HY private school and other secondary vocational colleges with similar problems. |
